Northern Lights - Building An Army

couple weeeks this thread is going to get popin haha, havnt been super active with these girls because there isnt much new with them other then day to day growth, most people are focused on pushing there veg plants to get big, right now iv been culling them back, cutting of lights, just to slow the growth of them lol they are too big for the room they are in and need to move as soon as i chop the big girls down, basicly going to hang them in the veg room and move all plants in veg to the flower and put them on 18/6 (currently 24 hrs on to stunt growth as much as i can)

Glad you got some good help, sorry I haven't been able to come over and play lately lol. Been super busy trying to stay on top of my stuff and trying to find us a place to live, aint easy and I am not making the mistake of jumping on the first thing we see like I have done too many times in the past.

doing ok at best, im having a over all issue with the plants not geting the light needed because they are hitting the top of the t5 and are not allowing any light to get to either the smaller plants, or inturn the lower nodes on the plant, im going to defoil a LIL tonight, and mabe move them around a bit, im just trying to hold them at bay till i can harvest and move them into veg : P

any photographs?

SOMEONE has ants in there pants ; P lol

Ask and u shall receive!!

here are some shots BEFORE i cut them back, normal i take after pics but i for got, they bacily are back to the same status as the pic above, can not wait to get them out of the veg room!!! need the others to hurry there asses up!

LOL yep this has happened at lest 4 times in the past month haha.... i just keep toping and defoiling, and they fight back with avengance, its just a game with time because im trying to get them flower room cleaned out so i can move these out!....

I need to have a dark room make up in my basement, that way i can put a plant in there (because i like to give them 3 days of darkness before i harvest) that way i can keep my flower room on 12/12 and just move plants in and out of the room.... ahhh dreams lol

What schedule are these plants under?, and how much room for stretch are you gonna have when you move em into flower. I had the same issue and it really messed up the plants under the induction as they had to take a seat on the perimeter of the light footprint while the others finished. I won't do that again and I'm giving myself a 30 day lapse even if I nave to veg for a while in the flower room, those plants look to be a week behind the ones that went directly under the hps....or maybe its just the hps........time will tell!

they are still on 24 light atm, i turn the lights off from time to time, once i move them into flower room i will move them to a 18/6 for a week then strait to 12/12.... the way i prevent the stretching (which i might add works amazingly), i use tomatoo cages, when they reach first ring i push to out side so center can grow up, (add in super croping) and vuela haha you get a POTM (we hope :goodluck:)

Here is a pic of wat i submited votes arnt in yet tho so we will see!

She's a beauty bro. I like how HUGE your T5 is. I am trying to figure out the best way to utilize my sola-rolla light mover. Either use it on one of my T5's or on my 400 watt MH? What do you think? Either one would be above my 8' by 4' flood table. I have so much upgrading to do before I will feel dialed in or be very efficient at that.

YOU should have the 400watt on the mover for sure! the MH is WAYYYY pro for your veg the t5s are easy to use but i notice the difrence, reason i have that is because a MH would make the rooom WAAYYY to hot because i have no way to vent properly.

For you i would take the t5(s) and put them on a 45-55° angle so you have angled lighting toward your plants,,, if your t5 is big enuff put on its side that way you can get production on lower sites of your plants!

UGHH the possibilities!!!
