Newty’s Perpetual Pantry Party & Outdoor Grow Show

Mainline = just one set of nodes which = 2 main branches. Both branches trained horizontally for a bit and then let go vertical. Usually topped twice in veg to get 8 main colas.
Quadline = 2 sets of nodes and 4 main branches. Fluxed-ish in veg and untied after stretch. Plants end up taller than a flux because they aren't fully pinned down horizontal.
Fluxing = Mainlining the plant and keeping it tied the whole way. The main support branches are tied down horizontally super early and everything is pretty much stripped the whole way except the very ends of the branches.

From LA's fluxing guide.
Final look

I think you pretty much ended up doing a half flux. Full fluxing is great but it takes FOREVER to do. Plus you keep them pinned down hard the whole way. Not that it matters and I'm not trying to correct you but rather enter my 2 cents on the subject. That's why I've always said quadlining is like a hybrid of fluxing and 4-way LST. When I was researching how to train plants a few years back I really wanted to full flux but I couldn't believe how long it took people in veg to do it. I wasn't going to veg for 3-4 months, that's way too long.

That girl looks great! Looks like some of the largest trunks I've seen you have at this point in a grow too. That is likely from your dialed in feedings. You'll have the biggest colas you've ever had on a plant unless something goes wrong.

Well someone watched the whole video:) Thanks!!

I’m glad to finally have a solid explanation so I really appreciate it! I’m going to try a full flux at some point but for now, I’ll just dabble in them all;)

I’m pretty impressed with her so far, thank you for the compliments, fingers crossed I don’t F it up! :D

If she’s like her sis, she’ll be done in about 20 days. If she’s like her mom, she’ll be ready in a month. I really can’t imagine bigger nugs than Peggy at this point

Ive stumbled upon heaven. Wifey's gonna love some of these recipes. With your blessings of course :D
Absolutely! Welcome, feel free to ask any questions, I like to share:)

Love your defoliation. It is almost impossible for me to get in and do that on my plants - way too big and I grew in 7 and 10 gallon fabric pots that are really difficult to move around.

I'll have to hire a little leprechaun to get in there and help me out. I'm glad I have my auto watering system in place as I can't even get my watering can in there.

Of course I do! You know I would never miss a beat. Even when I am not commenting as much, I'm still watching.

Haha is it weird that I’m happy about the lurking?? Lol

I just tried to get into my old favourite bar on their last open night. I grew up in this bar but haven’t been back for about 10 years. Well the young bouncer was a dick and I said excuse me young man, do you even know who I am?? lol

He was in no joking by mood! I told him it was likely for the best, this old place couldn’t handle me tonight. I took out my dube, shook it at him and left peacefully like the old hippie lady I am.

Ok @DobeWan ive had the song “take a load off Annie” in my head for 2 days! Lol I’ve been meaning to ask the singers name? The one singing in that video you posted, not mavis but the guy

I watched that with my wife and she was laughing. She thinks I am nuts with some of the stuff I do and then she watched that and her opinion changed to "you're all nuts". LOL
Ahahahahaha that we are;)
