Newby Canuck's Indoor Bag Seed Grow

Enough is enough lol
My light will be here Monday
Im going to Flower these two Tuesday
thatll be 45 days
Ive learned alot and think I can do better with my other 2 seedlings
If they are going to double in size its becoming time.
Letter heal up a week then its time. These two have seen A LOT lol.

After feeling that SNAP I had a lil doubtp
But you guys havent steered me in the wrong direction yet! :)
I took off some of the other pipecleaners I figured itd be better to let all the branches be able to grow up too, since the two tops are going to be going straight up now too lol
I figured the other bud sites will get more light if they are a bit higher
Thats what I mean, I think I can do better.
I think by better training, a bit earlier my seedlings will grow more suitable to my lights
Once they get big enough, can i slowly tie the main stem and grow it horizontal and let all branches go up??

I am almost ashamed to put pictured up of my two ladies
After the "incident" and because I had to tie her back together in a way the tops will only grow up, I removed all pipecleaners and allowed her to grow naturally. They are out of control. Two big bushes lol
I will post pictures tomorrow. They are totally ready to flower starting tuesday!

This is a picture of what I think is Nothern lights Feminized. I got those seeds mixed up, but im pretty certain thats what it is.
this is Day 9
I have been reading and reading. I am going to try manifolding her to 8 colas
Im pretty sure I can get it done! lol

Ok lol Here they are.
They are more of a shrub
I am curious, what affects internoadle space? Are all indica's always like this?
Are they harder to train? I look at Sativa's and with longer branches I could see them being a bit easier?

Indicas definitely have shorter nodal spacing and can be pretty bushy like yours during veg. Most stretch out during stretch (:)) and can be spread more easily then. Still, it's a good idea to get them wide now to allow all those inner nodes to grow to the light so they can become solid tops in flower.

It's tough in a narrow pot but grab some pipe cleaners and binder clips and slowly get wide! You can also start taking a couple of leaves a day from underneath that aren't getting any light. That will create better airflow through the plant.

Awsome
I was totally wondering if I could remove a few leaves.
I just flushed it with 10% runoff. I might wait a day or two to tie some branches. Seems like they are more flexible just before watering. I think next grow I will switch to 5 gallon bags instead of 3.
Can I start defoliating right now? You say just one or two leaves at a time?
I am thinking during flowering of hanging a couple led's vertically to get more light lower down
a 1000watt up top and 2 300watt on the sides might help out?

They are Chinese lights. The 300watt ive heard draw about 130 watt at the wall each and the 1000 draws about 240 at the wall.
I'm pretty sure that you can't turn 240 wall watts into 1000 watts of lighting, but I'm not venturing into that discussion! I don't think you'll need to supplement the 240 watts for the small tent but it's your electric bill! More light is fine (up to 1000 umols) if you have the room to keep from burning the plant.

Yes i know that. Thats why I said they were Chinese. I know there is no way they are true 1000watt lights. I just said that because its how they are advertised
The 2 300 watt lights are mars hydros. I wanted to use lights with more red to flower. Mars have a lot of blue. I only have one 300watt "red light" my galaxyhydro. The 1000 king plus is also more red. Its a bigger version of the galaxy hydro.
Maybe the 1000 by itself?Or 2 marshydro plus my galaxyhydro?
Im not sure if you are familiar with the old marshydros? Isnt that a bit too blue??

The marshydro 300 have more blue in them than the two others i have .
The roledaro galaxyhydro and the king also both have ir and uv
According to my charts my 2 mars and the galaxyhydro would produce right around a 1000umols at 18"

absolutely
I was going to hang the kingplus 1000 and use the other (galaxyhydro 300) and hang vertically
I did some measuring. It will hang about 16'' away from any plants. I figured by turning the plants couple times a day it might get some light on the lower buds.
I will avoid this next grow, as my training will be on point. Just for these shrubs it might help?
I am going to keep my 2 mars hydros for my veg tent
