Newbie First Grow - Outdoors - Bag Seeds

Congrat's on your first harvest!!! :cheertwo:

I know it was early and accidental, but if you're smoking bud you grew yourself, I'd consider it a harvest, or at least a MINI-harvest! :)

Finally got to enjoy my very very early accidental bud and it was smooth...low and short high. To be expected this early. I was stoked about smoking something I grew.

Now that I sampled that got that bug out my system for at least the next two weeks I can't justify a reason to touch them again. They need lots more time to "cook".

So much to learn...so many journals to follow.

Isn't smoking your own home grown the best!! I'm curious to see if you are really going to wait two more weeks before you try another sample

I went to visit the girls today....did some grooming and watering and feeding. As I was getting a nose full and eye full of candy I really wanted another just little piece. But I keep reminding myself she did not get enough ready to sample again today.
So I pulled my hands back and put them in my pocket....walking away looking and peeping back over my shoulder to look at them one more time.

One day at a time. I am grateful they are not in my backyard right now cuz if they were here i would be a drying another premature bud.

Waiting on my delivery now....my lungs been itching all day.

I have a feeling that your grooming, watering & feeding has now become an excuse to "accidentally" knock off more buds!

It is raining now. Coming down at a steady pace. And after the rain stops around 8pm the 25mph winds are promised to visit. So I guess the girls will get wet then blow dryed. Should be a good combo to avoid mold and mildew.
OAN...on my way to work this am I stopped at the gas station to get some headphones....seems I can't keep with a pair more than two weeks... anyway there was a guy at the register counting change to get gas. At first I was upset..thinking I really need to get moving to work. Then it just hit home....I have been there...counting change just trying to get to work...not sure if I will get home. And somehow something or someone helped me. So get ur head out ur ass lilred and help cuz today u can. When he finished I told the lady to add 10.00 to his tank. He stood there with his jaw on the ground and my heart was full. I was 3 mins late to work and could care less. I am floating.....pass it on yall do a good deed for someone. It always feels great and can turn ur day around quick

My sweetie went over earlier to check on the plants and he said one was knocked over. The one that split again cuz of the rope. He said he tied it back up but winds got up to 48 mph for a couple of hrs. It is still raining and winds down to 20mph. I don't have to go to work til 10 am so guess who will be up early visiting his backyard.

Awwww, I hope you, your girls and family/friends survived the storm. It went further north than the last last report I had seen before landfall. When I first started my outside grow I thought I would move the plants into my pole shed to escape bad weather. I did for our first storm but we had so many this summer I just gave up and let Mother Nature have her way with them.

You'll be more shocked than them. Right the plants, stake and stabilize them. Rinse any dirt off.

And I'm going to have to ask you to keep you're hands in your pockets while touring my garden. No accidents, thank you. You break it, you bought, lol.

You're an awesome person red, helping that guy out.

As much is my mind wants to leave this lazy boy this morning my body says no. So I will take a pain pill....bout the only thing that keeps me from slapping every woman named eve. . Sip on this coffee...smoke this cig...and try to get it together to go to work.

I know my fella will go check on the plants when he gets off in an hour.

And what I did for that guy was just me paying it forward....something or someone...be that God or the Universe....put me in his path for a reason. If I listen I usually hear it...that voice that says u can help and here's how. It just feels sooooooooo good. Like dr Phil says....what is the payoff...why do u do what u do....for me it is that awesome heart swelling moment when u know u helped.

I have been helped so many times in my life and I know what it feels like to be grateful for someone or something coming to me in my great time of need. So I know exactly how he felt before I did that and I know how he felt after. He went to work with his heart full of love and hope and gratitude. In a world of hate and division and bit of the opposite breaks down the walls and begins healing.

I just want a world in which helping one another is more important than getting over on each other.

I am helping my old friend here at home with revamping his whole grow. He is just an amazing person, takes notes, listens and asks intelligent questions, and treats me with respect. I'm gonna get his grow to look like mine. Just bigger lol. It's all about helping each other right? Like I have been saying on the forum lately, we all grow together! An interconnected web of minds and hearts. Good morning Lilred!
