Newbie At This But With Your Help It Can Change

What feed are you feeding now, do you have a P deff? Bloom chemicals have a lot of PK in them. But while you vegging a Standard grow NPK food should be fine. What are you growing in again just soil?

They both got loads of phosphorus in them, especially the miracle bloom seen as its a bloom chemical. You need to keep the ph of your soil in range so it can drink up the nutes, otherwise you may find they get locked out and end up staying in the soil and turning into undissolved salts, which can make new food toxic for the plant. How often are you feeding? it may need a small flush.

There is also a blog I put up with all deficient leaf pics. You can find it to the left of this under my 420 points.

You can test the soil will a soil pH tester. To test the solution you feed the plant or the water run off after a feed, you need a pH testing pen. Or you can get small strip tester or kits like that from most garden centre or hydro shops.
I had a pH problem with my coco and couldn't sort it so i transplanted to soil knowing I can keep the pH in range with dolomite lime mixed in with the soil at a ratio of 1/3cup per gallon of soil. It also give you a natural supply of cal/mag throughout the grow. I have a journal which I've just started using cfl's like you and soil. Following may help you as mine will catch yours up soon as my setup is a bit bigger. :high-five:

Some makes can give you a semi ok reading, whereas some a rubbish. You need a digital pen really to keep it bang on. But if your budget is low use the lime like I said, its the original gardeners cure before all these new brands, dolomite lime works fine.
If your not ready to re pot yet you can scrape some soil back off the top 2inch down sprinkle some in there re cover and water with the nutes.

Easy man, what happened???? They were fine 3 days ago. To start with they look mega dry they need a drink bad. Re potting may help, i'd try it. put the lime at a ratio of 1/3cup per gallon pot your using. Try a 3 gallon (12 litre). I just did it with mine and they fine now, try to mix some perlite in there to like 40%max.
How have they snapped like that? Is that halogen light your using? If it is, it'l be way too hot and the spectrum all wrong, i used them back in the day, they just make the plant stretch.

Do all that then feed with your nutes, half strength. The ones next to the big halogen worst affected, at the top as well so maybe too much heat.

Ya you need a repot stat. Get that Halogen out of there too man. you literally cooked those plants :( Sorry this happened but hopefully you can save em.
