New ViparSpectra Lights Powering Self Watered SIP Run

Caps look good , i hope it is what your looking for and can't wait to hear 👂
No doubt Smokes! Maybe I can cut back a little with the feedback I'm getting!
I know I’m behind again, but a huge congrats on those amazing harvests Stone! Those bud pics of the LC are incredible! Huge pat on the back for all the hard work and now, sit back and enjoy the many fruits of your labor. :volcano-smiley::blunt:

I’m curious to know more about this oil batch you just made. You say no decarb? And this is better for inflammation? I’m curious because I make cbd oil for a family dog - arthritis, and I’m wondering if I should try this method out too?
Thanks Heavenly! LC-18 is a pleasure to have in the house! It really makes my head happy and tastes like summer!

I'm finding information as I go so the test for me is if I can use them for my spine degen issues and stave off migraines. So far the decarbed batch I made before learning about cbda and inflammation worked well. I expect this will too and now that Azi layed that multiple times better info on me I'm feeling great to have tried it in the un-decarbed form for cbda. I'm just kitchen pharmacy jockeying it and I won't be able to have any proof other than how I fare over time. So far I'm happy with progress! In a couple of weeks I'll be all full of the new mix and if the trend keeps up I may adjust the dose down. 9 size 00 caps of evoo/cbda is a lot in a day.
Be aware, if you're not already, that CBD-a is said to be much better absorbed by the body (something like 10-20x better or more  ) so go easy to start.

CBD itself is often recommended by docs to be consumed at much higher levels than THC. The doc in the CBD video I've posted before says his recommended therapeutic dose for his patients is often in the 60-120mg per day.
That's great to hear Azi! I saw all sorts of dosing happening. 60 to 120 seems in the target zone. My 90 came from shooting for the mid range of what I saw. It's not often things work out as good as this! Celebrex was killing me and my body has said enough to all the rest of the nsaid regimen by full body rash including in mouth. 👅
Oh boy. I know Stone is licking his chops now! 😁
You know I am!
When does he not lock his chops walking around all this plants. I would!!! every day !!! And smiling like a goat. Too.
Smiling not smelling right?

Also, a lot of the cannabinoids are said to be biphasic, meaning there is a threshold dose below which there is not much effect, an effective zone above that, and then a higher zone where they actually work contrary to what's intended and can actually make things worse.

So, finding the zone and optimizing your dose within that middle zone is the goal. More is not better and in many cases is actually worse!

Omg! I’m gonna say something super controversial! When I was about 15 I fell in with a much older crowd. I say much older, they were in their mid to late 20’s, all stoners and to me, so so cool. Because I was young and trying to find where I fit, I embraced their choices and music. Faux loved it, while inside hating it so much! This is where it gets controversial, my three most hated bands, Pink Floyd, Neil Young and Led Zepplin. Like most I can sing every word of Stairway to Heaven, unlike most, I’m loathing every. single. word! Lol! Omg that Harvest album! How I hated it, while pretending to love it! My bf even bought me a tshirt with the Harvest album pic on it coz i “loved” it so much! Lolling!

One thing I did take away from that time of my life is George Thorogood. What a boss!
Lol! Would that make you a Grateful Dead hater too?

NEW AWESOME VAPE UPDATE, STARRY 4

Good day all! Ms Otter and I have been itching for a perfect vape for flower. We have a couple of mainstream top tier ones and they're nice but we were wondering if we could improve things and find one that gave us good hits and also was cool on the throat. I noticed XMAX is a sponsor here at The Mag and I reached out for a little of this for that.

I'm so glad! :circle-of-love:

@TopGreen Technology sent me a STARRY 4 to try, and to talk about! A beautifully made smallish vape designed mostly for flower however it will vape rosen and other more liquid delights!
TopGreen Technology STARRY 4 came packaged all in a fancy box containing everything I needed to get going!

The STARRY 4 is a very solidly built tool actually. The adapter to bong is no exception! The magnets are strong, and fit and finish is top notch! We really liked the finish on the STARRY 4! It's one of the new stainless finishes that leave no prints! There's a more tactile sleeve that my old fingers like so we use the sleeve. It's a nice relaxing feel. Same thing with the straw sleeve. We thought it may be schmaltzy to cover a nicely coated mouthpiece, but we were wrong! the sleeve for that keeps the hits cooler somehow! Very nice XMAX! I didn't see that coming!

So what I especially like is the short smoke path it has! That leaves little to gak up internally and in my opinion flavor is kept at a maximum this way! This vape is my tastiest in the house today! That short path along with easy cleaning make my day! After all, the weed is Queen and her flavors should be enjoyed to the MAX!
It's that short smoke path! here it is! There's a smoke cooling diffuser inside it and the mouthpiece fits onto the round part. Genius engineering!

3 taps on the power button fires it up and down and there's arrow buttons for temperature control which, by the way works fast and flawlessly! It's up to temp in seconds!

They say not to pack tightly. I tried all sorts of pack tightnesses and didn't find much difference. The bowl is smallish but plenty for two to share and finish, or I, a hungo, easily finish a bowl myself. When inspecting the Already Been Vaped in the oven i always find it well cooked, unlike some other vapes in my collection!

An airflow device is available. it seems to choke off outside air from the oven. I prefer it wide open.

The battery and charging system is up to todays standards! usb-c and an 18650 battery system! I especially like that! I have other 18650 batteries in house. I can swap them in and out in a pinch!

This vape is a solid buy and I'm enjoying it very much! I told the rep when I first contacted XMAX I was looking for a vape that had cool to our throat vape and it is! My other vapes are twice and three times the cost of this STARRY 4! I see it on line way under $100.00 and it performs as good or better than both of them!
Thanks TopGreen Technology!
Wow, what an amazing review!

Stone, arthritis is what made me go to a whole foods plant based diet. I lost 75 pounds, it's been gone for 3 years now, so it's not a yoyo fad diet thing, but more importantly all my arthritis, which was in my hands arms feet and knees, as well as my lower back, plus the exzema I had since childhood, is all completely gone.

My eye doctor freaked out because my eyeglass prescription went backwards 2 notches. I barely use glasses now. And I haven't taken a blue pill for 3 years 😎.

My BP is poster child perfect and my blood sugar levels are better than my BP.

I don't like to talk diets as its contentious with a lot of people, but if you want a lifeline, google "Forks Over Knives". It's a great place with real medical knowledge of what food does to you. It's a good starting point. It is also loaded with recipes. Hundreds, if not thousands. Mrs Gee is in there all the time.

I decided to science food and nutrition. Thats a rabbit hole I tell ya.

I'm about to turn 60 and I have no medications. I'm not pushing this on you, but it's worth a gander if your joints are all swollen and sore, and if you have a belly creeping in.

It's amazing how similar humans and plants are on a cellular level. We run on Calmag too. Who knew!

Getting enough available calcium into us is as vital as it is to plants. Without it, you will get deficiencies.

Noted! Thanks!

Hi everyone, once a year it's time for a sandwich that can only be made on this day!
The Otter Deluxe:
A thin layer of mashed taters, gelatinous gravy, stuffing, turkey, sweet potato, cranberry sauce, and mayo on bread! If I only toasted the bread! Mmmmm! Unhinge my jaw and in it goes! Cold! :cheesygrinsmiley:
