Want to start vegging a new lot of plants ready to go in soon as mine have finished flower but I only have 1 dwc system is there another way of vegging them ?

Pick up a cardboard box and line it, get a cheap but good light like the MARS 300W ($65), and then start the new clones or seeds in a rapid rooter setup with a dome.

Alternatively you can get something like this with a built in t5 and 7 inch high dome:

Once they develop roots, I like to move them into 5.5 inch square pots (8 in a 10x20 catch tray).

Yes. They go into rapid rooter cubes which are an inert media that holds a perfect percentage mix of air and water. These cubes can e transplanted into any system once the sprout is big enough.
