That double bud, is actually a genetic defect, is ok, will be fine.
Its basically two branches that form together instead of one.
Makes a chunky branch that will grow and flower weird, comes up ok though.

Looking good! Be careful tho because hydro isnt too forgiving on over feeding. I remember my first hyrdo grow, AK47, in an AEROFLO20. They were growing AWESOME and halfways through the flower, or maybe 3/4 through the flower, almost finished, they dried out and FRIED because I kept feeding and didnt flush in between feeds during that time because I thought they wanted more food. Well, I messed up and from that point, I always watered the same amount of rez with pure water and only fed properly.

Im not saying thats what youre doing, Im just offering some advice I got caught up in the huge growth rates and thought "more is better". Lets just say I never repeated that mistake lol

Yeah mate, just watch that it doesnt have problems when buds get heavy.
Used to get it on Acapulco Gold a bit.

Little update on buds they seem to be filling out nicely day by day

Coming up to week 3 should I give them a hard hair cut ready for the bud growth and should I remove all big fan leafs as I’ve read they done there job by now ?

You can safely trim lower branches that get no direct light. Fan leaves have not finished their job yet. You can take some if they are blocking light from bud sites but I would not remove all of them.

Looks good in the room mate. . The more light that reaches into the canopy to bud sites the better. If your worried on defol them maybe try more tucking. pull those big strong fans out of the way and trap them in place if needed. You can even benefit by trimming the actual leaf itself to half size. As we input light, the natural use for the fans becomes less about survival and catching every last oodle of light from anywhere they can reach and more an extra big workhorse for photosynthesis but they must also use resources to keep healthy and work which uses resources too.
