my "will" suggest that growth rate slowing appears later after lower leaves yellow first and look half dried, i confirm that new growth should be more pale at the same time the bottom leaves turn yellow or soon after.

I have a few plants in week 4 of veg and just noticed a thin layer of what looks like white mold on the top soil of each plant. What could be the cause?

I'd say hard water would be the culprit, or calcium in the water. Calcium leaving the white deposits behind that is...
