Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

235 grams of Tikal...... You lucky bastard! :high-five: Your sativas look delicious. You certainly have a way with these ladies. Good grief, that Congo is amazing neiko. What's she smell like?

Have you tried the Clementine BHO yet? I keep forgetting I have wax on hand. :laughtwo: I'm so content with the brownies that I overlook everything else.

Looks great Neiko. Those Ace genetics still rock...but that congo...man.

1 question though. On your super-drench, why 48ml?

Good to see ya Gov! Here is my reasoning on the super drench:

From the directions:
For certain plants a Super Drench is beneficial in the middle part of the bloom cycle:

1 Cup (yes 8 oz) of Transplant plus 10 mils Tea per 5 gallons of water. Give each plant 1 gallon of this.

30 ml to an oz, 30 x 8 = 240 ml/5 gallons = 48 ml/gallon and 10 ml tea/5 gallons of water = 2 ml.

Please chime in if this is wrong.

Define "certain plants" please, and if you will, what signs would precipitate this choice of drench? I'm serious about getting this right. :battingeyelashes:

Plants that are a candidate for a SD for me are strains I've grown before that tend to fade after the CAT drenches. Also per Doc's advice at the beginning of this journal he suggested doing it for the long flowering strains which these Sativas are. I've given lots of SD's and have never burned a plant and they seem to really love it. I'm trying my best to keep these 14+ weekers healthy and keep the energy up in the soil.

Hmm yeah Congo looks like a real yielder with relatively short flowering time and 50/50 quite potent high I hear. I might check it out when I do another seed order later this month.

I missed that part. I thought the SD were only for repopulating the soil with microbes if it gets messed up. I'm running most all sativas, this is very good information. I'll have to try it on a few of mine.

Thanks for the info!

You are thinking of a rescue drench. Both use a ton of transplant.

You give the CAT drenches early into flower for the longer sativas right? I think I remember you saying like a week into flower or something? Just looking for some direction since we have dipped into the marathon sativas
When they need water after transplant I usually give CAT drench as the 1st real drench.....back to back. It helps push the plant to flower and slows the stretch. I add the recharge and ewc about week 3 and hit them again with CAT around week 8-9. The change this time will be a 2nd recharge at week 10 and possibly a 3rd round of CAT around week 14 if it looks like they still have a couple weeks left. I want enough time to transition back to growth before harvest.

Hey gang, I got the test results for the Clementine BHO. Check it out and ask questions if you got them.

Terps, terps and more terps!!!

That is awesome dude. :bravo:

I see they got most of the butane out of it but it has higher amounts of alcohol. Now I don't know why they would use alcohol as well. Acetone also. Did you get any clarification if their process?

6 oz. Of flower yielded how much? I'll say 1.5 oz of BHO if it yielded 25%. If was anything like your 707 then I would believe it. Holy cow that's a lot lol.

As far as the butane, I know he has big tanks and he either distills it or it is distilled. I know there are additives in the cans but he said his doesn't have that. I'm by no means an expert on extractions, that's why I had it done. The PPM's are very good from what I understand. It tastes fantastic. So sorry not much help there.
As far as yield, he also dewaxed it which will lower the yield but increase purity. I gave him 171 grams and we got 33 grams out of it. So about 20% yield after dewaxing.

Nice share neiko. I always appreciate seeing lab reports. Someday they'll be less expensive and more widely available. I'm so glad it's a priority for you. :hugs:

That's a decent myrcene load in Clementine. How does she effect you?

It gives a great rush. It is invigorating, happy and it makes me chatty. It just feels really good. It settles into the body after about an hour and a half. If you take it high doses it can get a little narcotic at the end. It's just an all around friendly buzz, it's not overly intense and doesn't seem to cause anxiety or paranoia.
