My new grow space

Yeah, it's also hard for a Newfie turned redneck. I think maybe I should get a couple knives on the go for a couple people now. I'll put a heart or an angel on yours.
Lmao.....precious!

Very sorry to hear about your friend, Guy. If the Grow Gods smile upon me I should have enough oil to share with her. I might have to take a drive up to see Scrogdawg this summer and ship it to you from there. Canada is going fully legal in July. It's just a matter of time before the USA follows suit. It's unconscionable that a med that helps so many is still listed as a Class 1 drug, right up there with heroin, by our Federal Govt. It boggles the mind.

You're a good man Rider. I know you've got a lot on your plate too. What's happening to our friend has been a battle for a while now. Honestly it should Be a case of malpractice. The cancer surgeons cut into the mass on her groin area month's ago....now it's spread to 3-4 other places in her body. Poor poor thing. Such a vibrant outgoing girl...thanks for the kind words brother...:( .

Also guys. Someone....likely one of you, lol. Nominated me for member of the month again. Last month I conceded as my friend and moreso my mentor was in the running, so he even got my own vote. This month is different as it ends my very 1st year of growing. 2 pretty successful grows, a pile of knowledge (who knew), and more than anything......the humbling feeling that I am respected amongst my peers. Hard to believe that I had never even considered growing marijuana before April of this year.

Thank you......regardless of the outcome, but haul your ass over to the voting and cast a vote, even if not for me..

Congrats Guy on your MOTM . Well deserved and the best of luck
Thanks Derb....hard to believe it's only been 7 months lol. I have a blast every day.

In memory of Cajun...

A Base Treatment Regimen for Cancer
You're here because you or someone you love has been diagnosed with cancer and you're hoping Concentrated Cannabis Oil is your "magic bullet." No one here is going to tell you that we're going to cure you of cancer. That possibility lies squarely in your own hands and under your control. We can tell you that CCO kills cancer cells. We know that by the standard of being cancer-free for five years or longer, the numbers of survivors using CCO is growing exponentially. We won't call it a "magic bullet", but we will say that Concentrated Cannabis Oil is a powerful medicine for treating cancer.

We know that your body is wonderfully equipped with its own Endocannabinoid system, evolved to create an atmosphere of homeostasis where cancer is a non-issue. We know that when you're sick or stressed, often your body can't produce enough natural cannabinoids to convince tumor cells to let themselves die for the good of the community, and that's where Concentrated Cannabis Oil comes into play. The cannabinoids you introduce will perfectly mirror the action of the ones your stressed body can't produce fast enough. Now you potentially have enough cannabinoids to attach to the extra receptors on the tumor cells. It's a numbers game, like much else in life. Thankfully we have a way to get those numbers back on your side.

You notice I said "potentially". You can dump all the cannabinoids you want into your system, but if you don't bother to make sure your body can get easy access to them you're pretty much spitting into the wind, wasting valuable resources, energy and emotion. "Bioavailability". Our word for the day. If you're going to invest all this time and energy into the attempt, give your body the best opportunity to make use of the medication.

The two chief considerations we'll be touching on as we go forward are:

1) Taking your proper doses more frequently maintains a more even level of cannabinoids working on your behalf.

2) Creating a state of "Competitive Inhibition" - med speak for "keeping the enzymes in the liver busy so they don't notice the hoard of cannabinoids sliding by them seeking out cancer cells" - will greatly increase your body's chances of utilizing this medication.

We'll also be exploring and explaining the latest exciting findings in the field of oncology by those actively researching CCO and its use as an aggressive medication in cancer treatment, and doing our very best to help you connect to organizations that can be more active in the real world, beyond this digital field that limits us. You're going to benefit from the physical presence of those caring souls with boots on the ground that can now be found within most communities.

Cajun has laid out the regimen he and others are following as they work to bring their own bodies back into homeostasis. You'll notice it's much more than simply using oil. Healing is an all-inclusive adventure. He doesn't mention it, but laughter is an equally important component. Make sure you get your daily dose. Hugs where you can grab them. They're a healing force all their own.

We know it's scary. Don't be afraid to ask anything. Knowledge is power. If we don't have your answer, we'll move heaven and earth to find someone who can speak with authority. It's what we're here for.

Alright. Let's get to work.

This method is not meant to replace anyone's current successful protocol.

Dietary Considerations: Follow the alkaline diet guidelines. This makes a hostile environment in the body helping prevent illness and disease. Organic everything if at all possible.

Activate Cannaboid Receptors: Include demethylating agents such as green tea. These protect the CB1 receptors from shutdown due to methylation. Phenols, Phenylpropanoids and essential oils can clean cell receptors. Grapefruit juice cleans and clears the cannabinoid receptors. Mangos will be used for pre-dosing to avoid the"Grapefruit Affect" since I have heart medications that will have interactions with grapefruit.

Competitive Inhibition Considerations: Ingest apigenin and amentoflavone supplements 30—40 minutes before dosing to provide the liver enzyzmes "busy work" so the cannabinoids are metabolized away slower. Do not ingest coconut oil or other fats 30—40 minutes before dosing so the medicine can target the liver.

Carrier Oil Considerations: Since I am targeting the liver via anal ingestion of a portion of the doses I will be using coconut oil. Coconut Oil is a Medium Chained Fatty Acid. MCFAs are absorbed directly from the intestines into the portal vein and sent straight to the liver.

Producing the Cannabis Oils: Make cannabis oils accordlingly. Since I am targeting my liver my carrier oil of choice will be coconut oil.

Dosing Considerations: The object is to ingest a minimum of 1g of cannabis oil on a daily basis. If you're not accustomed to THC in the system, start with a very low dose of 25 mg 3 times a day. I will double the dosage to 50 mg after 5 maybe 6 days. I will try to double the dosage to100 mg 4 times a day in 4 to 5 days. From that time forward I hope to double the dosage every 4 days until I have reached a daily dosage that is at least 1 g of cannabis oils.

Dosage Administration: When the dosages reach 100 mg/dose, the dosages will be administered as 25% oral and 75% anal which will be deeply inserted to the rectum as to hit the hepatic portal vein to quickly move the oils to the liver.

Pre-Dosage Preparation: 30—40minutes before dosage:

80 mg Apinenin

200mg Amentoflavone(Ginko Baloba,Amentomax)

1 Mango cup

I have achieved my treatment goal within 2 months with this protocol.

Thanks KJ! :thanks:

Guy (In case you are using mobile here is the link) - I just published this list for this exact reason. It's directly related to brains. Also there are some brain pain strains I have posted that you would want to explore depending on her pain levels. This will save you time and you'll see some strains FIGHT cancer under their characteristics. Anything to get you started...fast!

Strains For Brains - A Brain Patient's Perspective

Address her pain levels with THC
Attack Cancer with CBD, probably large doses

THC is the sword
CBD is the shield

Information is the best medicine... I'm an open book..

Thanks G2. Got my mind off things today and was able to have some fun and collect our Christmas tree with family and friends.

Just started on Cajuns thread. I've yet to hear from Rabbi, I know it's busy for all this time of year.

Thank you for taking time out if your life for this.....kinda lost still but finally able to get my thoughts in order a bit today. I've spoken to Sue.....all the info I can get I'll do my best to get through it; moreso absorb it all.

So today is a special day. My friend Z, was diagnosed with cancer month's ago. It's aggressive. She's been told she's terminal. She's a tough chick though, and I'm gonna be there for her through every step I can. If she's willing to fight, then I'm willing to help her.

With the help G2HM and sweetsue, I'm gonna see what I need to do. What I can grow etc......Ill be counting on my friends for some moral upport here guys. I cried for this poor woman for 24 hours.

She goes into surgery to remove a skull tumor on Tuesday and they are going to treat the other tumor in her spine with chemo.

One day at a time........

I'll update my grow later today, as well as any progress on my space........

Great strain info's to share .

Life is are battle man. It each other ...

I see another plan in the making for an ATF cross.

Its such an underrated strain and is so good for pain. Ms Stank started using it with the KindPen Tru-va and she loves the pain relief she gets during that unruly woman time every month. She tried GSC but didn't care for it. She tried Hindu Kush and it knocked her out cold. The ATF gives the pain relief and the Sativa nature keeps ya going. I am looking forward to crossing it with Harlequin or Cannatonic or even ACDC and see what the CBD will do to the cross.

I've got a small cloner on the way. My plan (I think) is to start 1 or 2 of your ATF seeds soon (hopefully end up with a hen), get her a couple of weeks to a month old and then start taking cuttings. That way I don't waste seeds and we'll end up with my run of six females for the 1st full run in my new space.......Yeah buddy, as promised, I'll dedicate my 1st run to my mentor and friend......as a thank you.

What most of you don't see if our friend behind the scenes. Hence the reason in last month's MOTM contest that he got my vote, instead of voting for myself lol....

Van Stank you're a true inspiration my friend.

I think thats a great plan my friend. I think its a great plant for cloning as well (at least in my limited experience). The flower time isn't horrendous either. I know its longer than hybrids and indicas but for an almost pure Sativa she isn't bad at 70-75 days. I can give you better input on what I think is the best time to harvest them. I am doing 3 harvest times (all clones from the same mom), 65 days (a bit early), 71 days (target time), and if i chop the remaining plants tomorrow....the last batch will be done at 79 days. I have tried an early nug from the 65 day harvest and its really nice. I am getting a bit more of a citrus smell from this batch of ATF compared to the first. I don't know if thats from any of the teas I was doing or the Mammoth P, or even if its from the Stank Soil....but the smells are definitely different even though they are clones.

I appreciate the kind words Guy, it really means a lot. I just love to share the passion for this plant with everyone else on here and if I can help at all, I do what I can. This place is a jackpot of incredible growers and willing helpers.

I'm a Brain Patient, I know some of what you're going through, I never want people to understand how devastating it really is. Having a terminal diagnosis is heartbreaking, I do know this as I fight for my life right now. It's my only mission now, to stay alive, and that is your friends mission too. I wish I could give you and her a hug. This can affect anyone. Hoping people will support you like they have supported me, through thick and thin. We have to treat brain patients with the care and urgency they/us need.

I can't sit back and watch this happen to you and her without helping. I want to donate half my meds to you and your friend. My meds are specific for brain disease and 100% organic, which is exactly what she needs. I mean, there is so much you can still do for her over time, but you need immediate meds for her. I'm gonna go over my brain meds and see what I can do. Are you interested?

The only thing is that being a terminal brain patient too I don't have money for shipping, if you could donate that I would be willing to put a pkg together for her. You would have to do the preparation of the meds/juice, but if you're interested, I can lead you the entire way.

So what do you think? It's not going to be easy, but this is what I'm living right now, you would just be joining the "save a life with green meds party" for brain patients. Are you willing to take on the fight?:Namaste:

Yeah, if you could get the levels of the THC and CBD both up it would be worth pursuing as a genetics project. I wish Mrs. Flytier would use the stuff sometimes rather than the sleeping pills; it would be a lot better for her. But I'm definitely looking forward to playing with the ATF myself.

I originally registered on three forums and narrowed my way down to this one. They all have their good points, but this one has the best member interaction.

This place is head and shoulders above the others in my opinion. I did a lot of reading and surfing before I decided to join here....and the attitude and atmosphere here is what sold me. I was so used to the attitude on Youtube, FB, and other social websites and I was so sick of the attitudes, the egos, the negative putting down of everyone if they had any difference of opinion. I had no place in my life for that shit. This place is such a refreshing change....I love it!
