Do any of you know which strains Rick Simpson grew for his RSO? The reason I ask, is I have a good friend who called me yesterday and is being admitted into Mount Sinai Hospital on Monday for brain surgery. They found cancer in her brain as well as on her spine and I have promised to try to do my best to make things right for her.

My friends, this woman is one of the most wonderful caring loving people you have ever met in your life....... it just goes to show the cancer doesn't choose who it affects.

If nobody knows the strain, how about something in a sativa that is a quick finisher with high THC?

Damn Guy, I am so sorry to hear that. Cancer is such an evil beast. I am not overly familiar with RSO but I would suggest checking in with SweetSue or even G2HM regarding the oil and specifically the brain. Their research and knowledge of those subjects far exceeds anything I have read or could possibly offer. If you find something that works, I might be able to help with the genetics if needed. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help brother.

Very sorry to hear about your friend, Guy. If the Grow Gods smile upon me I should have enough oil to share with her. I might have to take a drive up to see Scrogdawg this summer and ship it to you from there. Canada is going fully legal in July. It's just a matter of time before the USA follows suit. Sadly its not that big of a surprise Rider when you figure that those passing and making the laws are being paid to do exactly that by the Big Pharm special interest groups. They stand to lose billions and are happy to spend millions to all of the whores in congress to ensure they don't lose those billions......and that applies to both parties....red or blue, they are all bought and paid for by the same people/companies. But things are changing brother.....slowly but its coming around.

Also guys. Someone....likely one of you, lol. Nominated me for member of the month again. Last month I conceded as my friend and moreso my mentor was in the running, so he even got my own vote. This month is different as it ends my very 1st year of growing. 2 pretty successful grows, a pile of knowledge (who knew), and more than anything......the humbling feeling that I am respected amongst my peers. Hard to believe that I had never even considered growing marijuana before April of this year.

This place is head and shoulders above the others in my opinion. I did a lot of reading and surfing before I decided to join here....and the attitude and atmosphere here is what sold me. I was so used to the attitude on Youtube, FB, and other social websites and I was so sick of the attitudes, the egos, the negative putting down of everyone if they had any difference of opinion. I had no place in my life for that shit. This place is such a refreshing change....I love it!

Bloody right. Faacebook I have no time for whatsoever and Youtube I pick and choose what I watch. Although I'm also a member of DeviantArt and that's another one with excellent member interaction (for the most part). If I want bullshit I'll go to work or hang out with the brother in law.
