My new grow space

Sorry guys. Been off with a bad back......BAD....wow! Got leftover pain meds from my last bad bout but this ones got a special something to it. I've managed to get myself in good shape in the tent....thank God, last thing I wanna be doin today is bending over. Seriously considering how to keep my next soil grow (my 1st) in the New space off the ground by 12"-18", foremost for my back, but also circulation of air will benefit.

My two Crown Royal are above ground but my two White Cookies have yet to make an appearance.

Anyone know the fan manufacturer that we see on most of the YouTube grow videos ? Is there an advantage to those fan styles over a standard fan?

Til tmrw.......

I have been talking with Ms Stank on building something for that exact reason.....I want to be able to raise the plants up so I don't have to bend over and lift. Its not bad with the 5 gallon pots, but I am not looking forward to that with 10 gallon pots after watering! I was trying to figure out how to build one that is a bit of a double decker. I am thinking I want to be able to push a button and have the lower shelf kind of slide forward and then up to about waist level.....or take the top level and push the button and it slides forward and then down to about waist level.

My plan will be when we eventually get our 25+ acres in the mountain is to have a fully solar powered grow building. Build it so the ceiling height allows me to grow on two levels under a 10 foot ceiling during veg. I will have a separate flower area and I will figure out how to make that area easy to work with/in.

Take care of your back Guy, I hope you get to be relatively pain free soon brother!

All this.....this is why I love this place!

I'll sign off tonight with......
I saw signs of my 1st white cookies tonight. 3-4 so far again with Flys germination method. Simplify.......love the sounds of that!

Not my method, Guy - nature's.

Thanks Fly.....brutal this one. I don't say that too often. Luckily my girl knows I'm not fkn around and helped me immensely today......thank Gawwwddd lol!

Likewise . . . until they need something done. I was balancing on a ladder yesterday storing porch furniture in the garage rafters for winter. :hmmmm:

Get well, Guy.

Thanks Stank.....funny how the old fuckers with bad backs seem to find each other eh, lol. Honestly though, thank God I found you guys..... You guys are my International family LOL.

As ghetto as it might sound, I am just looking for some 5 foot long wire cage shelves that will support a good amount of weight for now, as my plants grow I'm not sure what I'm going to do LOL.....my learning curve. Also, I think I'm going to flower 6 plants every 30 days, so I'm not sure how tight it will be in my space. I want to be able to get in and get access for watering purposes, so my numbers may change accordingly. How tall, was your tallest ATF..... Pot included approximately?

You perfected and advocated! Not to mention claimed a 100% success rate. Good enough for me......

Morning guy, hope your back is doing ok! Got backproblems since 15+ years so I know the feeling. Take your time and dont(really really dont) overdo it :)

Have a great day.
Thanks NS. Weird pop yesterday as I stood beside my bed. Funny thing is, as you guys know I'm a carpenter and I lift thousands of pounds of wood every day......weird!

Aint that right lol....I had just gotten back from the dog park, I think I can honestly claim complete innocence in this instance LOL.
You be careful too Ian, I'm a very visual person and that does not sound like a good position to be in LOL.

Well I have been a carpenter for 6 or 7 years... in the end it had a big impact on my body... but my joints are weak from my birth so it might not have been the best direction ;)

There is a big big difference between your big and small muscles. I used to Squad with 135kg in my neck and the leg press in a angle was on 285!! In the end I Could snap my back with Only picking Up a letter or so.. all the big muscles were in top condition, the small ones are still under developed now...

Not saying any of This is happening with you, but just be carefull mate.. I messed Up my back big time and tought it would all be good...

Have a great day buddy.

I'm having a bad arthritis day myself. I was just in a tank and I had to roll out of it rather than climb. Not much sleep last night. Hope you're feeling better today.
Yeah arthritis is a totally different ball of wax, I have that in my hands and like you, it's adversely affected by exposure to cold temperatures.
Fly that's me getting out of bed this morning. Funny how you take stuff like that for granted. First of all I had to start on my preferred buttcheek, then I had to figure out which side it was best to roll too, then I had to figure out whether or not I could actually push myself so I was sitting vertically on the bed without killing my back, and finally the icing on the cake........ Can I actually stand LMAO. The answer today was a resounding yes.....woohoo!

We're winning today. ✌

DAY 54 - day 24 of flower

So I wanted to post up a quick photo of my girls now that they have pulled out of my pH problem. By far, this one was the hardest hit. I wanted to point out the importance of what I believe the foliar sprays did to Aid my girls recovery. Yes I did put calcium nitrate and dolomitic lime in my pots, but the foliar sprays really seemed to be absorbed quickly and once I sprayed them, they were dry in less than an hour. That's another thing, I wanted to make sure that everybody realizes that while my plants were being sprayed, they had excellent air circulation, so that the water solution wasn't sitting on the buds for a prolonged period of time. On the advice of a friend, I will not be removing any more leaves...... don't need to cause any more undue stress on my autos.

here is my girl that wasn't quite affected as much, even though she was literally inches away from the other plant and being fed the exact same water.

both are still stacking.

And my Kings Kush CBD plant, one thing I noticed on her is that the stems on the leaves are still red. I personally believe that the lack of foliar sprays on this plant (ie Magnesium), has allowed in the stems to stay red because the stems on my to Snow White Auto we're also red, until I started foliar on them every two days or so. Now as you can see, their redness to their leaves and stems has completely disappeared. This girl is doing phoenominally.......

Hey guy bud sorry to hear about your back bud try to keep stretching it bud .

So it's turning out that this thread "My new grow space", is gonna turn into my perpetual cause I've now got 3 seedlings above ground. Kind of a fitting title though so that works! I'll get pics tomorrow but I pulled the seed casings off both of my Crown Royals and it looks like I'll be able to do the same on 1 of the white cookies tomorrow. Still only 1 white cookies has shown up, let's hope she's just a late bloomer. Sometimes it works out well if they're a day or 2 apart for trimming purposes later.
