100%, I think the key to this time was noticing early and paying attention to it. For some reason in the past, I seemed to have thought, "It's a plant, it'll take care of itself ", LOL. Followed by stress and a poor haul. I'm glad I'm getting some of my Growing Pains out of the way before I go to larger scale in the new year.Damaged leaves will never be able to repair themselves as the cell structure is non repairable. What you need to look for is new growth that looks normal (lush & green) and that damage doesn't get any worst. So it sounds like you pulled it thru with flying colors. Congrats and good job

Eeeek.... see that's what scares me about Hydro. Sorry, I'm unfamiliar but is that your first go-around with Hydro? I might try a trial of the single pale dwc to see how I like it, cuz I have seen amazing results on The Forum using them. But for the new year, the proof is in the pudding..... I will be using Van stank's soil recipe in 5 to 7 gallon pots.In hydro, the speed is increased. I noticed a very mild discoloration in the morning, added cal-mag at noon but the damage was done. By nightfall, it was starting to be really evident. I fought with that deficiency & nute balance for 2 weeks.

Shopgrow has always had great success using the coco and tried to persuade me to go that route on more than one occasion. Maybe it might be worth an experiment next year to try a couple of different methods side by side under the same light... For now, I'm going to follow another great friends advice and get some bud in jars.Maybe try coco in a pail or 2. That will give you a hydro look without going full tub hydro. I love coco and the way it responds like hydro. If you notice something you can take care of it right away. With soil you need to flush and wait for it to dry back out to hopefully start back down the right road. I know the next day
One of the biggest reasons that I am not ordering internationally is because of Bitcoin. I tried setting up coinbase on three different occasions and it said it was going to send charges to my girlfriend's Visa. It did, and then they never remove them all three times. I got pissed off at that, and called Visa. Although the charges were minimal, it was something on coinbases website that said would happen that didn't, so it put me off.
I agree, Seedsman definitely does have the best freebies.....and are a sponsor. Although, I did pick up some pretty sick seeds from True North as well. I wonder if seedsman does e-transfers, if so it'll be worth another look.
-a little update-
Day 48, day 21 of flower.
The help of some friends and members, I seemed to have pulled my two Snow White Autos through. The calcium and or pH problem that I was having has been solved by foliar sprays using calcium nitrate and water pH'd to 7.0, also, I have been adding dolomitic lime to the soil as I watered with the same 7.0 pH water. Normally I water with my pH in around 6.5 or 6.6, but because I was having what I thought was a calcium problem, the pH was raised in my soil due to my runoff values. Raising my pH level up a little bit, is where calcium and magnesium is taken into the root system more efficiently..... Or so is my understanding. Also none of the damaged leaves have been fixed, the progression of spots on my leaves has stopped.and my Kings Kush CBD plant which seems to be just plodding along nicely in the background.
It's all good my friend.Sorry for my absence guy
Glad to hear you got her under control bud .

Right on! It's always good to use the barter system for stuff like this. I'm very glad you're pleased. You and Guy can compare catches using them. If you need more you know where to find me.Hey Flytier! I did!! I sent you a msg... I only use my phone but for some reason every time I use the message portion it shuts the app down... I used my PC and it took me forever to figure out how to get to the msg section... I was wondering if u rec'd it...apparently not. Sorry dude! They look awesome! I sent my buddy up in Chapleau a pic and he is very jealous, needless to say he is insisting I bring them up on our early spring fishing trip!! ..
