I agree with Vet. The plant will be directing precious energy to those lower flowers away from the top. Those lower flowers will struggle to mature without direct light.
That being said, for experimental/education purposes I'd leave it. If you leave it you can see the difference in how buds at the top near the light, and those near the bottom grow and mature. Next grow you will have the experience to make a different call if you see fit
Re: the pistils. I wouldn't worry or make any adjustments at this point. Keep an eye on it.
Out of curiosity, how close is that bud with the orange pistils to the light?
And is it happening to others?
Do you find that the flowers closer to the light have produced more orange pistils to those further away?
