Munki's Ebb n Flow 3 x 3 SCROG 400W HPS Grow

I'm enjoying your thread... can't wait to see how it ends up.

You've got me thinking how to adapt to a Scrog for the next grow...

I think a long ScrOG setup like 2 feet x 8 feet used with a light mover would give a fantastic result. If you have the time to spend tending to the screen especially while getting the hang of it, I would say to go for it. The goal is lots of smaller bud stems instead of monster colas. Oh and get a screen that is at least 2 inch holes; the 1 inch screen I have can traumatize the leaves and buds a bit.

:thedoubletake: :yummy: incredible looking buds! A1 job my friend :goodjob:

Thanks man. It will be cool to compare shots of the buds in 3 weeks from what they look like now. I expect them to be fat and white, covered in crystals!

Nice! Great job. Hoping I can do the same. Is it possible to set up SCROG for multiple plants?? Say 5-10 plants??

:yummy:

Sure but allow enough space for each plant to spread out its canopy during the early stretch phase. It will depend on the veg time and height of screen above the soil level. If you are interested in ScrOG, you could check this out,

It has a link to download an old newsgroup discussion where ScrOG was initially discussed.

Wow! I just spent the last hour and a half reading through this thread. It looks fantastic. Keep it up munki!!

Heh, took me a bit to catch on ... no problem about the jack. Hey, I always prefer equipment that gives the user options. The lamp is the single most important factor in overall yield by far so congrats. Now, as long as you have your area that you can guarantee 12 hour consecutive dark periods, some ventilation, and maybe some temp control and you are off to the races.

I'll get some pics of what my tent looks like when they wake up. I just got back from a little vacation so I'm hoping to see positive, noticeable changes. BTW, I have three little clones that just took off in a little pot of FFOF soil.

Check them out here. Wick Cloner: simple, cheap and effective
