That being said...i just had an idea.....i put the auto NL in the new tent today which i will get to after my replies, but anyway i can get LB in there with the bud.....close her up and watch some actual Bud Porn:) 2 of my favorite things:)lol Good idea BAR:):)lol

no shit.....when i was young dad was a Marine and about every 3 years we would drive cross country and i Hated when we would get to Texas......sooooooooooo looooonnnnnnggggg:).....i would go to sleep only to wake up 8 hours later and we were only half way thru the state.......REALLY:)lol.....yep....big state:)

Ok.....you wanted to see life in the tent.....here you go.....emptied the res on the auto NL, disconnected the air line, and filled with 2 gallons of boiling water...i have the tent open as i did this about 2 hours ago and the res is still right hot.......got to wait till its completely cooled so that i dont get a high humidity in there.....hate to give primme conditions for mold to set in:)....so patience......so anyway here is life in the new tent for the next 3 days as that is how long to wait after putting the boilling water in.....and she will get an extra 24 hours of darkness as i didnt account for doing the boiling water method which was started by DC420.....i got it from Renegade.....:)......i will let you know my thoughts on it when it is done:)

The boiling technique is interesting - whats the thoughts behind it? why? :) Hope you did not already explain this lol

LOL Robert....i like it.....:)...here is the link to DC420s journal....it takes you to page 11 but you need to be on page 10.....starting at post #148........and i am glad you asked as i went back and reread it again.....needlless to say the tent is not living any more.....he states to leave it on 12/12 light schedule.....and i want to do it correctly to give it a fair shot:):Love:

Congratulations on the new tent and digs Green, very nice sir. Am all eyes on your methods and techniques. Have never seen the boiling H2O approach and am totally curious :) Go lil NL go!!! All the best and cheers to you sir.

I'm not convinced you need to flush. Prior to this grow I was organic soil so didn't need to flush. I'm now in coco where you're supposed to flush, yet I was stripping popcorn & speed drying it when the plants were on full bloom boosting nutes & a high EC of 2.4 & it tasted fine. In the final week of flower your plant doesn't add any weight, you're just waiting for ambers so I'm thinking it's a marketing scam. I reckon you could just feed water in the last week...

I will say that on the last critical kush i harvested i didnt flush it as long as the first and the first few testers were a bit harsh .....the first with a few more days wasnt as bad............it took a good 3 weeks of cure that it smoothed out real nice.....i more worry about the plant using up all the chemicals so that i am not smoking any:)

I have had some harsh on an early test and some not - maybe its just whether that particular nug has or is holding nutes or what proportion of nutes? just the thought that comes to my mind of why some times its harsh and sometime not - even from the same plant? not sure if thats possible......
