Congratulations on your £60 bargain tent Dirty, it looks a cracker. I'll give to a good tip for checking for light leaks if you want. Wait till it's dark then put the lights on in your tent when it's all zipped up & walk round it, even the tiniest pin prick holes will be visible.

Can I have some nudy pics of LB for the top tip :) Giving her the tongue has left me wanting for more ;19:

sweet set up man ! Looking good - congratulations - Bet you cant wait to get a light and ventilation in it -

I set up my tent and was like sweet....... but damn now its not alive - its just a dead tent lol hahaha - Im weird lmfao

Whens life coming to it?

Well my end plan is to get another light to replace the 700mars if i like the advanced one..:).....but right now i am anxious to see the difference between the XTE 300 and the Mars700.....the xte is supposed to pull about 275 watts from the wall....and the mars 700 pulls 320watts from the wall with my kilometer....i will see what the xte is actually drawing when i get it:).....

Well i havent got shipping info on the new light yet so until it comes so i can switch it with the mars400 its lights out:(....of course either tonight or tomorrow the auto northern lights will be going in there for a 48 hour dark period:)

Ok....so now you got me in trouble:)lol.....after your comment i went to find her and funny enough she is in the shower shaving her legs....i carried the camera so i could act as if i was going to take a picture(now i should add that between her me and the sheets pictures are one of our things....hence why Dirty Dreamz fits:)lol.....so back to the shower.....i opened up the door and pointed the camera and said what you said and she yelled at me....I am shaving.....its cold....close the door...and get out:)lolol......so i go to exit the bathroom...and she yells....WHAT?......i just walked out laughing.....my face and gut hurt so bad from laughing:):rofl:.....whew...ok...so to answer your question.....that would be a big NO my friend.....no sharing pics...thats just for us and for yall to imagine:)lol

The Advanced will put our a lot more light per watt than the Mars mate. The difference between low BIN & top BIN is pretty significant. Think of your Mars LED's lenses as a filthy scratched up window glass,(look through a jewellers loupe at them) and the Osram & Cree LED's as a sapphire crystal window glass. That's kinda the difference :)

Thats not helping:)....it just makes me wish the dag on light was here already:)lol well my mars have been good to me so far but if i see the difference that it sounds like i will then it wont take long to get another one:) i am already scheming a way to work it out if i like the light....eventhough i know i will, but patience and wait till i harvest CJH somewhere around end of january or beginning of feb...maybe then :)lol

Oh and LB said that she is going to ground me from my friends if i dont start acting my age and quit letting you guys....hmmm i wonder who:)lol ....get me in trouble....and of course she laughed.....she has a good sense of humor....she has to with me around:)lol

I know it's frowned upon & possibly illegal but if you have a few buddies that enjoy a smoke, sell them some of your crop to fund the next light, I sort of did it with mine. Over time you'll regain the initial outlay in energy savings anyway. Take my flower tent as an example & with different lights obviously but my Mars 400 draws say 170/190w from the wall, it only has a solid core of light of 2ft x 2ft, 3x3 is a push. One of my Osram panels draws 155w & has a good 4x3 footpint so four of these will light my 8x4 tent superbly & three would do it well . If I put 4 mars 400's in there instead of drawing 620w it would draw 680/760w & the light would be patchy at best & ideally you'd have 8 in there but then you'd be drawing 1360/1520w & even then the light is still coming through dirty windows.

I'm glad LB has a good sense of humour but I guess she needs on, having to put up with you :) You've got a diamond there mate, you're one hell of a lucky guy :circle-of-love:
