I do not use nutes so I cannot give you any real advice on whether to just give water or not. I will say your plants are looking healthy!
I can attest to thisI use Doc Bud's Hi Brix Blend. There are nutrients but it isnt quite the same as liquid nutes. They are designed to work with the kit as a whole and are meant to feed the soil and the microbial life. I use the same 2 drenches throughout the cycle alternating between the two and water, so it looks like drench1, water, drench 2, water... repeat. There is one other drench used twice in a row during flower and there are some foliar sprays that get used. It is the easiest, most reliable system I have used. I never had plants that looked as good as yours while using bottled nutes.
Organics produce more terps so they are definitely more flavorful but produce less bud. However with the right lights you will still get a killer yield with DBHBBThe results look very promising. As to why mine look so good the only other environmental variable that is different in mine then probably a lot of others is that I play music constantly and as I stated before science has proven that plants are responsive to music I can grab link and post again about that if anyone needs it. Give it a shot and you may notice a growth spurt. The doc brix is definitely interesting and I may give it a shot. Although I like my soil right now. I'm curious about hydro and Deep water culture however, it's my understanding that even though the bud and plants are bigger they do not necessarily taste better. (I have never personally experienced this difference, that I'm aware of)

Sorry, Doc Bud High Brix Blend. That's not ignorance you're fine dude. HahaPlease forgive my Ignorance but what is DBHBB?
Also just because I can't quite believe this strain exists but here
This one is stronger. It is overpriced. Not even sure if it's stable at 58% thc, that is to say that not everyone who grows this plant will get 58% THCIf it's real, it's way overpriced when you can get "Emperor Cookie Dough" the strongest strain known currently at $500 per seed.
