Mother of Berries, M.O.B. Maine Strain

I like the way you're thinking. A place for everything and everything in it's place. The t5's will definitely help with supplemental light. The more light the better is what I was taught. Looking good Monkey!

Thanks Doggie. I listened to everyone and decided to engage my T5 at an angle. The inner most plants if you guys can see it is growing under what is now like a neon green light.

I'd love to get thoughts and opinions about anything. Always looking to make a better and greener grow area.

Your plants look huge compared to yesterday! That T5 really helps show the colors of your plants and they look happy and healthy :thumb:

I thought they looked bigger but didn't want to psych myself out trying to figure out if they actually were or I was just hoping they were. As the plants get bigger I'll take out shelves and raise the lights higher but in their same general area which is of course subject to change. I was initially going to set T5 lower but realized it wouldn't hit the plants as well the way they do now.

Friends,

I'm needing some advice first I ask that you look at this setup and see if anyone has concerns as it relates to Fire risks. I'm insured but would rather not go that route.

Secondly, I would ask that based on limited T5 distribution, which plants would benefit the most from receiving the rich spectrum?

Side note: The T5 reaches further then I thought. As you can see in the picture it gives an almost emerald green effect. I considered how far this travels with probable strength and it seems as though it makes it to second row of plants about half way through the plant (approx). It offers a continued burning of that beautiful green (zoom to see).

Thanks everyone!

I just realized that I missed something pretty obvious. In the pic above I ask how to optimize my plants (if I'm wrong, tell me) but I think the light could travel further if the smaller plants were in front which would allow greater paths of travel. In contrast to that, I could continue to embrace growth and allow big plants up front. Now, having considered everything I believe the best thing I can do is put the small plants up front, not only to enhance light distribution but also close the growth gap. Again, TELL ME IF IM WRONG!!!! (Please, thank you)

Sounds like a solid thought process to me Monkey :thumb:

I arranged the plants and apparently was a very good decision because if your willing to take the time to zoom in the different pics, it will show that the light is hitting all of the plants now. The far most plant is being hit at its core on all the stems and branches.

I'll be folding over the tops of the smart pots today and held down via paper clips so as to enable more light through without any negative effect to the plants, their root system or the medium. If you look at the plant on the far right in the second row. Much of the light from the T5 is lost because the pot is blocking it. I will simply fold over and hold in place with (a) paper clip(s) if applicable (as others seem to be ok without extra support

Folding started and will be perfecting through out the day. The photos below demonstrate a greater abundance of light being received by plants in row 2 and even in row 3 (zoom to
Fully inspect).

I know the clones of it will be the same but I mean I want to see if it compares to the actual MOB clone that has been around. With THSeeds saying they got the cut from Mass I have to wonder.

Your right to be suspicious and should be that away about any plant you get, especially if you get any high end plants.

Also, hoping to get the other two plants going to have my entire collection ready and done possibly by years end, dry and curing should take me to middle of next year or so at the earliest.

People talk about how it costs a lot to grow MJ and so on. I have found that it's significantly cheaper to pay for everything including a recurring electric bill as opposed to going to a dispensary on a regular basis. I will say that I also hate my local grow shops as they rape me with prices that are super high where I can get the same thing or better on Amazon for half. Ex. T5 was 120 at grow shop. 300WLED $50 on Amazon.
