Thank you guys. I'm excited to see how the Sinai x UD do. They have been much more vigorous than I anticipated.

I have never heard of Sinai. Is it from real seed co? If so I read about it a bit and it sounds pretty cool! Do you have a couple pics you can share?
The vigorous male BX1.1 - is that the same generation that I have? Or is it this generation backcrossed to the PD mother? He looks like a monster.

Thanks. The Sinai that Fish is asking about was a pretty crazy looking one as well. I'll have to dig up a photo. It started flowering on me and wouldn't stop, so we'll see how the cross holds up.

Hmm, it's back before they changed the way we upload pics. I'll have to find it back in my journal later. I'm at work at the moment on break.
The BX is the F1 generation backcrossed to the mother. That's the top cloned. It would already be 3+ ft tall in flower if I had just kept the plant going. Really dark green leaves on him. I popped these just to check them out and he seems so happy I want to try a couple of crosses with him.

The Sinai is in post 104 of this thread. I can't figure out how to post it again here. That's before it got dense though. I'll have to look further for as later one. I'm not certain if I took any though. It really got dense with foliage later.

Thank you! She looks much better than I remembered.
I guess I had the clone pictured in my head. It wouldn't stop making these fluffy buds under 18/6, so I eventually moved it to my flower room, but it never improved.
That is cool looking. It never threw any? That's bizarre. I'm loving the coloration on her. Hopefully she was some nice smoke for you.
Never had any pistils! I almost chopped her thinking it was a male but glad I stuck it out. I ran it 3 or 4 times so it was very good. Letting them go for a while let all those calyxes swell so buds were very dense.

I have more seeds at this point than I'll ever grow out, but all the different possibilities intrigue me. I'm just learning about breeding and it's interesting to see how the strains combine.
I'm getting ready to do a seed run after Christmas that will cross two strains that both contain my purple Malawi mother. I'm interested to see how her traits mix in from both sides of the cross.
It's really mostly me just playing around at the moment and learning, but I've come across some cool crosses in the process. Gotta start somewhere.

Thanks! The Malawi x PCK is a nice plant. Great mentholated berry aroma. Unfortunately, it doesn't retain the blueberry muffin smell that its hitting right now in it's flowering cycle. I think I may add this cut to the group I'm pollinating with my Purple Dawg BX. The sweet berry smell will really pop.
Malawi is a good one. I haven't gotten the old killer pheno though. I've heard it can be a beast to contain. The purple pheno is very tasty. I'm sure you can see my bias towards it though, as it's been my main breeding tool so far.

Looking great over here Morglie! I like that blueberry muffin description, I’d enjoy that scent in my garden.
