Morglie's Perpetual: New Space & New Strains

I was gone for a few days this week. It's always fun to see how much they grow in that time. I'm impressed with this Bubba Hash x Mulanje I have going. Very good F1 vigor in it. I snapped a couple of shots of it tonight.

And while I had my phone out taking pictures, I decided to show a few other plants. It's getting frosty. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Before I headed out of town, I decided to up-pot the 2 chem phenos of Ultra Dawg into 17 gallon totes. Both of them were drinking every 2-3 days in veg and were very close to being root bound in the 5 gallon buckets, so I figured I'd try the up-pot and flip them to flower right away method, that Doc recommends. It's a bit bigger than the 1s to 7s that he uses, so I'm hoping to get great results by doing this.

I still have managed to fit 12 plants in an 8x6, with 3 of those being in 17 gallons. I'm going to tear through my soil much quicker this way though. I think it's time to pick up more pro-mix.

Also, I was happily surprised to find a cut of Gogi Pupil and Ultra Dawg 7 (bushy pheno) with nice long roots in my aqua cloner today, so I put both in soil. Now I've got an extra copy of UD 7 & 4 in soil. That's the bushy pheno and the more vigorous of the chems. I figure they'll be perfect to groom for outdoors this year. Get them nice and root bound in 1s before I put them in the ground.

Got an opinion of Goji Pupil yet? :bongrip:
It grows in early veg like molasses. It's really taken off though once I got it going in the 5 gallon. I think I'm going to put it into a 17 gallon as well. From what I've heard it's supposed to be a good one. Interestingly the clones that rooted in the aero cloner both have OG genetics, which seem to be bred for hydro.

I really liked Star Pupil and Pupil Maggo, which is why I picked it when @weenmeoff so kindly offered up seeds to me last fall. I have good hopes for it and now I have a solid clone of it, do it can go in as soon as I have room.
everything looks nice in there morgie those ud are going to love the new homes they like lots of leg room cant wait to se what you get outdoors with those in the ground they can get big nice work! :)
Thank you for the kind words. :Namaste:

I'll probably cut them back if they get to big, as I need to keep them stealthy.

Mine has really been growing on me - very soothing herb. The nugs are like rocks, and mine was a very slow vegger too, so the chemovar might just lean OG. The Goji taste is prominent, even after months in the jar. I'm tempted to go find Goji OG itself. :slide:

sorry got confused im high!
Lol, it's all good. Been there many times myself Sticky. :D
This pic seems special. It has a glow to it.
That's the cross I made of 2 Crockett Family Farms strains. They seem to have some really resinous strains. I have another one not quite as far along in a 17 and it's getting big. :yummy:

I'm looking forward to it. It's taken off in veg now, but it took a while to get going. I may up pot it to a 17 as well when I flip it soon.

I believe Gogi OG is a Bohdi strain. At least I remember seeing him working with it. It sounds like a nice one.

Yeah, I looked it up. Nothing available anymore, but a guy might be able to go straight to Bodhi himself. :hmmmm:

Possibly, but I know some of the smaller breeders only keep cuts around for a while to work it, then they switch to other cuts to mess with. Not everyone can hold on to a lot of keepers, even smaller breeders. I wish I could sustain more myself. I'm constantly paring my list back.

I'm about to finish my last cutting of my ThaiPan. I feel pretty confident that I can find something very close in my reproduction of it using my Mulanje. And it looks like I'll have at least several hundred seeds to search through.

The next cut of Bubba Hash is up for chop this morning. Great big gassy balls of bud!

The Bubba I cut last weekend should be about ready to trim as this one gets put in the drying boxes. And I need to check my bubble hash! I keep forgetting to check on it. I did a run last weekend then promptly went out of town.

I've got all 5 of the 70s Durban, that @overlord so kindly gifted me, soaking. I'm planning on running a reproduction on them in my breeding room. Hopefully I can get some nice cuts off of them before I flip, so I can run the females in flower, while I'm running a reproduction on the next Durbans, coming via South Africa. I've always dismissed the thought of running Durban, as I never expected to get some non adulterated genetics. And now I'll have multiple lines. :slide:

The queue shortened a bit, as I'm not making more Lambnesia seeds like I had originally planned. I got 1 female out of 5 seeds, and the males were looking a bit rough. Probably due at least in part to the "not stabilized for indoors" listed on them. The female I have is looking great and just started to take off in her 5 gallon. I think it's about time to flip her as the Lambsbread genetics in her could make her explode in flower.
I just trimmed up last week's Bubba Hash and it sure smells tasty. The bubble hash is jarred up with a desiccant pack as well. It is looking good. There's not nearly as much of the floral smell in this batch as my other 2 batches have had. I'm not sure which strain it was, but there must be a lot less of it in this batch. I'll have to try some out maybe later today. This is my first day off in a couple of weeks and I'm going to chill. I think I'm going to go fire up red dead 2 and stir up some chaos.

I will be excited to see the Durbans in action! I plan to run one of them after this one I just started is finished.

I got a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of Durban being grown out here very soon.

The Bubba looks really good Morgs. The Thai Pan x Mulanje should be a great cross. I plan on running more Thai Pan seeds this summer. It really is a fantastic sativa. It's my 1st choice to introduce somebody to a sativa that's never really had a pure one. That one has no anxiety or paranoia, it just make ya feel so damn good.

The first run will be small and gangly. I'm planning on running them in 1s for reproduction. As long as I get some viable cuts from the females I'll run them in 5s and flower them out properly. I may try to grow the females in 5s this time and only pollinated a branch. Normally I like to keep them small and saturate the whole plant. We'll see once they get going.

I ran several of the ThaiPan x Mulanje and found a fairly compact, bushy male that I pollinated a nice sized cut of ThaiPan with, so it's 75% ThaiPan and 25% Mulanje genetics in the mix. I'm finding the Mulanje similar in buzz, just a bit more energizing. So it should blend in fairly well with the ThaiPan genetics.

:Namaste: Your cut of Bubba Hash makes it so easy. She's a very forgiving plant. And this is my 3rd one to finish in about a month. There's one more with about a week or two left this cycle. These have been some of the fastest buds I've ever grown. Which is good, because everyone loves the Bubba. :cheesygrinsmiley:
You guys got me craving for that Bubba Hash, looking good Morgs. It's amazing how you can keep track of so many strains, good job.
Thank you. It's a challenge at times. I've got pages and pages of plant notes. And some of those pages have multiple plants on them. I'm kind of scared to do a plant count at this point. I have a feeling I've got close to 40 with all my seedlings at the moment. o_O
