Mono's Perpetual Soil

Hey Mono :ciao:

Interesting times ahead for the New Year

Loving your bean selection there mate.

I like my Blue Cheese but I'm kinda tempted to go for something else when I see a list like that.

Cfl grow coming up too, I'll be round here watching that.

Great work as always buddy. Tent looks awesome at the mo.

Ordered some more beans for a 12/12 from seed grow, not all of the seeds will be used. Or maybe they will. I have 500 watts of CFL to play with so we shall see. What do you guys think?

I though that 5 plants would be good, 100 watts per plant...

Strains are -

Blue Cheese (feminised)
Amnesia Haze (Feminised)
Kerala x Skunk #1 (Regular)
Lemon Kush (Feminised)
Pineapple Chunk (Feminised)
Power Flower (Feminised)
White Widow x Skunk #1 (Regular)

:high-five:

killer strains! I'm guessing lemon kush is og kush?

I would love to see amnesia haze and pineapple chunk for sure.

While I upload some more pics. I think it's time to :rollit:

So... :bongrip: ?

:joint:?

I think it's got to be a :bong::bong::bong:

Fungus gnats suck! Very nice even canopy you have achieved there Mono, ;)
those sages are looking damn identical structure wise now that stretch has been induced! Killer!!

Nice glass :bong: & for the new bean selections, I would choose the amnesia haze and the lemon! Sounding damn good to pop some more flavors :Namaste:

For soil insects I use diatomaceous earth on top of the soil as a barrier, it cuts them as they move through it. I bought my diatomaceous earth from an animal feed store, do not use the type meant for pool filters. Mosquito dunks can also be used as a soil drench for fungus gnats. Sierra Natural Sciences also makes a soil drench called SNS-203 for fungus gnats and other soil insects.

Bloody hell my man I step away for a bit and Bam! Awesome work going on as usual my friend. Love the clone :) Your canopy is really nice and even as well so good on ya!. Also love the beans!
You've persuaded me that after the 9 I've got now, I'm gonna go back to Auto's and do a run of 6 different ones. I'm kind of stumped how people are having such hard times with them on the yield front? I used to get good numbers most times I ran any. Mind you I did always go for the bigger auto flower strains, such as super auto's.
Anyway great going buddy! :)

Fungus Gnats do indeed suck! Thanks CA, although I have a feeling the even canopy has happened rather by chance, or luck :). Really looking forward to some new strains. Can't wait to find out how big my new space is going to be!!

Thanks LA! Things are in full swing here now we are in flowering! Only 9 more weeks to wait for these ones lol. Will be good to see you doing an auto run. Lowest I got from the auto's was 29 grams, and 40 grams being the highest per plant. Are there auto's that go much more than 1.5 ounce a plant?

Fungus Gnats are crap! Shouldn't pose too much problems though.

An inch of perlite as a top dressing kills their life cycle rather quickly.

Nice. I have used the diatomaceous and it totally works, but then it forms a solid crust. I will try the perlite next time.
