Cooled hoods are on my shopping list when i have some money again. Definately be nice getting plants closer to the light, without BBQing them.
Just keeping the heat down in general would be handy.

I hear you man, I'm in two minds about just going back to HPS full time, the CMH's are good but really I'm not seeing any extra benefit for running such an expensive light, sure I'm getting lots of frost but I get that under HPS too I can control the environment a lot better with a cooled hood but cant run one on the CMH's, imo the best thing about CMH is how long the bulbs last

Yeah.. except the sun, hps gets that size that no other lighting can, which seems to bring out something extra also.. seems to work best with some supplemental for resin production..

I just designed a new grow room and mother room I'm actually going partners on with a couple guys, knowledge got me in the mix and my equipment for the mother room. I went back and forth about lighting and I'm putting in these

were starting small and plan to go full rec grow in two years.

I've seen some amazing results and the crop I helped on when I got injured, produced 1.5 pounds per light, I figure if I'm on them the whole time I might get closer to 2 pounds per light doing scrog with a short veg time oh and we eliminated the HVAC and are running CO2

lol tis me. Finally got a free bit of time. Trying to catch up and Im 10 pages back on everyone's journal. Love watching the MNS gear. Think I really will have to hook up the filter before I run the skunks I will get some pics up of my Nordle crew...pretty sure I went 1 and 1. I think Im going to end up with a Harley male too, and Im dying to see what that cross is like. I hope to have picture time tomorrow.

My mango widow crashed and burned. Couldnt handle the neglect. Early skunk was disappointing. Basically my entire summer flower run was a waste of time, with the exception of the Kosher Kush. Amazing flavor, smell, quite relaxing. Im now trying to save the 1 clone I have of it so I dont lose the line. Im upcanning the clones tonight to 1g nursery pots so they will have some room to grow.

Evening Grizz, and everyone else. As far as environment goes, there really is no substitute for the outdoors in my humble opinion. Persuant to that, I started converting my personal jungle today, still a bit of work to go, but it'll be ready in a couple of weeks for some new inhabitants.

Little bit off topic but carestaker got me thinking about it.. Queen.. first band I ever got into, grade 3 and older neighbours across the road gave me a tape of theirs.. sheer heart attack.. cracks me up but my favourite song from the album, and probably still my all time favourite queen song, was a song that no one I knew liked. Actually I've never heard anybody say they like this song.. it called 'she makes me'; stormtrooper in stilettos.. anybody know it?

Thanks...still have several clones of the good one so I can try again. Trying a new soil mix this time to try and cover my (becoming more frequent) absences from the grow. Instead of the coco/perlite mix that drys out fairly quickly Im going all coco with a very healthy dose of pampers. So far the veg girls are loving it. Gives me at least an extra 2 days of water in a pinch and doesnt release it unless the soil needs it.

Hey Grizz have you ever heard of another mistake called psychosis,, she is only available in clone I only found out about her because some one donated me there leaf I searched around and finally found info on the seed-finder site,, any how they mentioned it as a clone only strain ?? But what the Heck really is a clone only strain ?? Is it a strain or just a good mistake until it finally becomes a seed Then how also can they give a scripted info like they do without properly even knowing what the parents were ?
Just thought about that today they said it was good for CBD an THC I guess thats an easy test but when it only exists as a clone in a prohibited country how would you even get the results in these situations ??
