hey G13 welcome to 420. I'm honored to be the host for your first post. Got some pics coming up in a few minutes. I hope you can get some ideas or at least things to avoid, by watching my scrog.

Lets see where things stand.
12/12 on Oct 11 puts me at 7 weeks today.
Last update I calculated the wrong date for the switch from 13/11 back to 12/12. That was done on the 22nd after I realized my error.
I should be a week to 10 days from harvest. Thats good because things are looking pretty ragged,lol. Getting a fair amount of browned pistles but the trichs are still mostly clear. I'll be checking them often. Nutes are reduced to 7.5 mils/4L for the last feeding, taking place tonight. I don't want to use clearex or any kind of flushing solution so water, molasses and a couple of drops of SuperThrive for now.

some pics . suggestions, comments and opinions welcome. I can take bad news too,lol.

hi mate nice update....looks fantastic....you shud be proud of yourself first scrog and all.....+reps if i can.........on my smaller bud this time round i bent the top bud over at 45 degrees....it fattened up quite nice...the second bud directly under the first bud swells like mad with the extra light...try one ?...you end up with a double headed bud....still think you have time with another week to go....let me know wot you think ?....any news on another light ?...i wonder if 2 leds wud penatrate lower or just give the top bud more light ?...sorry i ain t been round for ages still having probs with my isp on one day off the next BT wankers....pardon my french ha ha....anyways mate great job real interested in your weight at harvest.....and again well done mate............be lucky weedtastic :nicethread:
 
hi mate ohhhh....6 clones....now your talkin ha ha...will you need a bigger grow space ?.......2, 4, and now 6 ha ha love it mate....they all look real well to good job.......then again you have a excellent clone record so no suprizes there....can t wait for round 3.........when do you think clones will be ready for flower if its not toooo long ill hold back on my lot and wait for you ?......congrats on your clones mate............be lucky weedtastic
 
just droppin by again i was wonder what size room you have your grow in and screen size. i couldn't remember if you posted the size i scanned the first 5 pages quick but couldn't find it. i was just wondering because my room looks to be around the same size. oh yeah are those 2 gal flowerpots?

Hi weedtastic, I'm feeling mixed about it, but generally pretty good.. It's way better than round one but I've been focusing too much on the things I should have done differently this time,lol. Have to get back to the glass half full approach. I guess thats called learning,heheh.

I tried one bud with a bend to see what it does, but I might have bent too far, thought I felt it snap. Stems don't have much bend in them at this point, but it's worth a try.
I've got the new 126w led over my clones. They are showing a lot of new growth in a week, filling in those skimpy areas that developed while I had them on hold under low power flouros. Greening up a lot as well but thats from the repot with sheep maure I think.
I'm tempted to try a 2 light grow some time in the future just to see what the combo does. It will still be scrog but with 2 leds there won't be any shadows. The mylar helps a lot with that even under just the 90w, made a big difference in evening out the light. Thanks for mentioning that often enough to make me pay attention,lol.
Gonna repeat this mix of plants under the 90w again with improved methods to get a more accurate picture of what the 90w can do. The new led will have 3 Super Skunks if the smoke test is good.
Sorry to hear about your isp problems, they can drag on sometimes. It will be good to see you here more often. I hope you're enjoying your crop, looks like killer bud as expected.

lol well 3 of them are gonna be mums if I can keep them out from under a screen long enough, but that might change pretty quick. I plan to take 3 SuperSkunk clones for the new led in about a week and use three of the existing clones under the 90w along with my biggest BC big bud.
Both screens will be in a larger upstairs closet with easier access.
All kind of tentative at this point, so I don't really have a firm date for for flower. The existing clones might be ready relatively soon, but not less than a couple more weeks, maybe 3, as they sat under the flouros on hold for so long and are just starting to bulk up a little.
Your clones all have some good veg time in don't they? I know your 2nd grow wasn't really vegged the way you wanted them, timewise. I made the mistake of allowing my impatience to take over this time so I want to let the plants determine the timetable. I would get yours started if they're ready to go because I don't know for sure when I'll be ready. Other than the single strain grow under the 126w all other factors might change, strain, timing etc.
I'm happy to see that you are going for round 3, It'll be good to see you growing again. We might be able to get started around the same time.

Hi again Agent
Most of the details are in post 3 but the room is a 22"wide closet. My screen is listed as 22x27 but the actual inside measurements are 19x26". 4 plants in 2 gallon pots. I would go bigger but couldn't fit 4 round pots in my space.
If you go with square pots you'll be able to go larger in the narrow space.

I was reading post 3 this morning before work and skipped right over it, wow must of not been low enough!:smokin2: I just went back and read it again thanks for the info my room will be 24"x36" max dimensions so very similar with your dimensions. I'll try to find some square pots also thanx for your help:peace:

I did sort of ramble a bit. What sort of lights are you hanging? Are you growing in a closet?
 
Yo Mick...Your grow slipped by me:-(. Now that I am catching up I want to say thanks for your great effort. You and a few others, who are also taking the time to test out the LEDs, have done a service for me and I imagine quite a few other growers...:peace:

Hi G4 welcome. Better late than never I say.
Your welcome, its been enjoyable so far, no led wars, no hassle. It's nice to know that there might be some value here for those on the hunt for info about leds.

There's definitely some bud there. I'm getting curious where yield will land but only for a comparison for the repeat grow I'm planning to run along with the 126w demo. Someday I might work on colas, lol.
