Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

I have a bunch of M-H leds and also have 1 of the 300w 60x5 and 2 of the 300w 100x3w... I like the 3w better... Can't really tell you why...I just do... But both of them are great little lights and if that is what you can afford... You can most certainly grow some great bud with them... No doubt I like my reflectors and Mars II's better but they cost more too......:circle-of-love:

Nobody is under estimating the usefulness of Method 7's. Flyboy is just showing you that it is not necessary to spend $50-$100 on some "led specific" sunglasses. There is nothing new under the sun. Most of the products sold in the cannabis industry were already being sold under a different title and for cheaper before this big cannabis industry boom.

I also know that for $5 dollars at WM, they have yellow driving glasses in the Optometry section. You will be able to see your plants as if it were regular daylight.

Sorry, that sentence wasn't meant to imply that anyone in particular was doing any underestimating, just that the glasses should not be ruled out as an option to protect ones vision whilst working effectively under the lights.

Evidently, the only underestimating going on was by me - at times I forget how frugal and thrifty the fine members of this community are.

I appreciate your bringing it up, been one of them things I been putting off, I got friends who are welders so mine was free. Many options at all ends of the price range, we should all take your advice and get something before it is too late. Thanks

Got the new led
Hi Ricky, wow it was banged up. My 3 boxes from China was in great shape.
The label said it was from : LG - LED Solutions Unlimited.
Which could mean anything made with Led's.

:circle-of-love:we still have stock for Reflector48x3w in Canada. We will ship out the 5w after the 3w has sold out.:cheesygrinsmiley:
HII Saraaaaaaaa :circle-of-love::cheesygrinsmiley:

HMM Well thanks , in that case ill be waiting .
i ask you the question because some girl named Ann answer my email 2 day ago from hydro mars website , telling me that i can got one already from CA warehouse .. weird or not ?

thanks :high-five: and il be waiting for that updated :Namaste:

:circle-of-love: Hi Bugz, it's better to turn on both during bloom. The power is stronger and heat will dissipate more effectively.:Namaste:
Hello guys, recently purchased a reflector series led. With the switches do I only have the one switch on or both. For flowering

Cheers
Bugz

:thanks: thank you, Klovnesposen. It's correct. The fan will not work if the veg is off. :circle-of-love:
both switches on during flower or the fan inside will not run. The fan runs when grow switch is on and the bloom switch is to turning on the last of the leds on the panel when you go into flower. but you can also vegge with both switches turned on if you like to do that.

:thumb: yes, this is what our engineer thought. It may not achieve in a short time...
Would be nice if the Led's unit receivers on the Led Lights would connect to home WiFi network. Then an app on phone so we could monitor our lights at work or remotely to be able to turn them on or off or adjust them. :)

lol :rofl::rofl: really... it must have a lot fun.:cheesygrinsmiley:
Don't forget to install a live-stream Webcam so you can always check on your phone or PC on the plants :)
(SERIOUSLY I did that...until I realized it's silly :), especially since the greenhouse is just 50cm behind the laptop on the balcony )

:thumb: yes, it's a must. one of my friend has his light stolen.
As much money and effort put into this Grow Room, I thought I needed some type of Security Measures...

:circle-of-love: Reflector has switches. I advise you to choose Reflector48. It's a monster.:laughtwo:
So what would you say .. should i buy the one i sent first or the mars hydro reflector 48x5 :) ? Thanks in advance .. my space is 60x60cm !
