Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

Just got my box. THE MARS II 1200W is....well....THIS BISH IS BRIGHT! Me likey!

2014 just got BRIGHTER! These are definitely "up to PAR". hahahahaha

But really, you gotta tip your hat to companies like this who are helping to move the technology forward. If these lights perform for the years to come it can only get better from here.

It is nice to see something fairly priced for a change as well. PROPS.
 
Sara I only received 1 light in one box today. I ordered 2 Reflector LED Grow Light 192x3w. Did they ship out the 2nd light on a different day? I was not home when it was delivered and the UPS delivery man let my 12 year old daughter sign for it. So she didn't know what she was signing for.

If you do not have hard water I would supplement your nutrient mixture with calcium and magnesium at 5 millilitre per gallon.

Well, it appears the plants like the mars II 400w in the sun hut 2x4 (3x5') tent. I have the lamp mounted all the way up high and the spread is great. Everything looks happy.

I am glad I took a leap of faith and bought these. Now only time will tell how they hold up!

also I will say the temps in my tent have maintained at 75-80. This is with passive cooling and a computer fan for exhuast. Very nice....I LIKE!

Now if only TOPLED could design a 4' long fixture that would replace the 4' long t5 bulbs. Something that would be veg only spectrum, and could mount on those wire shelving units commonly sold in hardware stores. Tired of running shop lights for cuttings.
