You have to love Paypal they charge you 6% and then take up to a week to send your money and I'm sure they are not collecting interest on a few mil a day

I haven't even heard back from them about the free lights but then again, they already had over 100 emails before I woke and seen the news LOL

I didn't write any reviews on ama zon for them. I wouldn't write a review for a product I haven't used either! I am always happy to write a honest review of a product I have recieved! If I remember correctly the email I got said that after I get the product to write a review. It didn't ask me to do a review for something I didn't get.

Same here got the money with no instructions hope we can use it toward a light of our choice. I had no problems with the reviews since they were on lights I had purchased in the past. I took it that they wanted reviews on Amazon from past customers to help establish themselves as legitimate manufactures of a quality product if you look at the listings they covered all reflectors and early lights pulse some of the white lights had Mars 2 specs (5 watt LED ). Amazon does not require you have bought from them only that you have used the product or the seller


yes randy335, you are right, it seems you are very familiar with Amazon.

BTW, have you seen some negative reviews on Amazon. it has been posted by our competitors, i am just wondering why Amazon has that unfair policy,they allow people who didn't purchase our lights to leave reviews. Our competitors take this chance leave negative feedback, then we will not appear on the front pages on Amazon. it is very sad about that actually, but we can not change ,so we have to take some actions. that's why we send FREE lights out and ask our customers to leave their review. We know if we just ask people to leave review on Amazon for us and no FREE lights, and very very less people will do . thanks

I believe most of you know Amazon, better than we do, customers can leave reviews even they did not order any thing from the stores. And because of this, our competitors left a lot nagative reviews on purpose on our new store on Amazon and misleading our customers there. I agree with you too that you wanna put your true feelings for a product, we also want true feedbacks and reviews, not those false ones. :(
You might also noticed that the store is a new one, it is very fragile and we need to survive there. Therefore we need your help to put your true feelings there. Most of you know our products, we will not cheat you on the quality of the products, if we are the company who spend the money to buy good reviews, there is no need we start this thread, and there is no need for us the keep on developing and upgrating good products for you, I believe you all can understand. :Namaste:
As to the link Sophia send to you, if the lights you never used, please ignore it, but can you help us leave some reviews if there are any other lights you are using? It will be much appreciated. :circle-of-love:
Also if anyone here who are using our lights see this post, we are more than welcome to get your true reviews on our Amazon stores and help the new customers make the right decision. :circle-of-love:
By the way, in the future, if we have such a plan to send out free lights, we will only select the appliers who has the experience of using our lights, so you will know all their reviews there will be the their true feelings. :high-five:
I can't help you with that one guambomb as the email I received stated that I had to leave a 5 star review on 3 products of Mars-Hydro choice (all the options were of lights that I hadn't tried). It's the first time that I've ever felt disappointed with this company and although it won't stop me supporting them with a fair review of items that I have used, I won't be being paid to write a false review either. All the best everyone and apologies to SmokeSara for my comments, but truth is truth.
 
I agree they stated they were only sending this offer to previous customers and I would never review an item I have not used so as long as we have integrity and make sure we are honest I see nothing wrong.

hello arellanobrian,yes we sent the free light to the customers who used our products, but we didn't consider that some people didn't use our lights,we will change this next time, and aviod this happen again, thanks, please leave reviews to what the lights you used. thanks
 
Yes, it could possibly be the fact that I had bought three of their lights previously and they were expecting me to review those lights, still not quite sure on that one though as the links were to 3 different lights, but could well be possible. Anyway at the time I was relaxing and rereading through my email and knee jerked, sent them an email asking them to withdraw me from the offer. No worries though, I've still got the 2x 96x3 reflectors and the 1600w Mars Hydro II to play with. I didn't even really need an extra light so probably much better that it went elsewhere to someone that would write an honest review and actually find a use (other than overkill) for the freebie :)

Perhaps its because my wife is Asian what get's said and what is meant can easily get confused, sentence structure in English is not the same and after 25 years I still don't understand. But I do not feel any misrepresentation was expected just that we have done business with Mars Hydro and use their product and are happy now the links sent to me were for lights I had gotten and only two were highlighted but my reviews covered mainly customer service and light output from their use not that I bought them from Amazon. I feel this was a nice gesture from the company to it's past supporters and too much is being read into their request for reviews in a new environment for their company

I'm agree with you, Sara. It would be nice if only verified purchasers could review the products on Amazon. It hardly seems fair otherwise!
 
Sara, just so you know.. I just went to Amazon and posted two 5 star reviews on my Mars 1200 and on my reflector 96*3.
