Week 8 Flower

Ok guys we're getting really close to harvest and these ladys have gotten only water for the last 4 days, after checking back on there site kingdom organic seeds says these should go about 63-75 days so they should be chopped down in about a week. Its hard to say which is best as both have amazing frost and aroma right now but with the bigger buds and easier to handle structure im leaning heavily toward the red pheno right now.

One more thing i wanted to mention is the mars pro has outperformed my expectations, its pretty much been covering a 4x3 area with rock hard buds all around and while the buds on the edges are a bit smaller they are still top quality and something that i would pick over a dispensary bud for sure. All in all the mars pro series is without a dout the future of mars hydro, low heat and great coverage along with the lower prices make this a great long term investment.

I've seen little "mini" low-wattage LEDs like this before (not specifically from your company, though - I did not realize you sold them). Every time I did, I thought it'd be fun to do two comparison grows (with a clone from the same mother plant in each) between those and CFLs. Really small grows, perhaps, to keep such a test reasonably affordable - for example, four of the little LED "bulbs" and four CFL bulbs. Or some other number that was small enough to keep both the wattages and costs low. The only restrictions would be that the plant(s) used in each one would have to come from the same mother, NO other sources of illumination would be used (and the grows would have to be separate - not two sides of the same open box), and the overall wattages (of the lighting) must be within 10% of each other. I suppose that two autoflowering plants, of the same strain, grown from seed, could be used - IF it has been previously demonstrated that there are NO phenotype variations among different seeds (IOW, if one grew 100 seeds out under the same conditions, all 100 plants would have to express the same phenotype/characteristics). Otherwise, it wouldn't be a valid experiment.

I hope someone performs such an experiment one of these days.
