Right on that's good to hear. Lots of infonout there but not many who do thier own work.85f is the best temp to keep it at and try to keep your night temps up also 75f , closer internodes and denser bud , faster growth under LEDs. Google leaf surface temperature and marijuana led grow , I bought all this equipment to test with , infrared laser gun,par meter and I have a Sekonic c700 spectrum light meter coming in a couple of weeks, I want to be sure of what I buy and who is telling the truth, my results can be found on my YouTube page , cap232rc , check it out

We have 2 of the pro Epistar 320's and 1 of the pro Cree 128's, it's nice having the timer built in and yes changing the intensity down should help extend the life , as it will make it run cooler. I'm running the 2 pro 320's at only 80% for full day time , 18 hour day , split into 6 hour segments, first 6 hours spent slowly getting brighter to 80% and staying at 80% for 6 hours , then slowly go down in intensity for the next 6 hours till sunset. Using my par meter to determine the DLI of my plants and dial in my grow even better , save money on electricity, by adjusting your intensity up or down according to your plants needs. I would hope all lights made in the future would be adjustable like the pro's , not sure the remote is the greatest though
Also please remember that an led grow needs the temps to be at 84-85f to function optimally, less wasted light = less heat at the leaf surface.
They should develop a app you can download on your smartphone that you can control the lights with that way they save on production cost and every unit can cheaply be updated to be controled.

She says I worry to much about it. Lol.
Since this is my first really nice Grow Room with (3) Cree128 Led Units and a Mother Plant closet, I have been sweating and worried when the temps got to 82 degrees. But I did have to turn them down to 80% brightness to keep it from going over 95 degrees in the room.

Since we can't control the Mars Pro individually with the remotes, I am going to use my variable voltage unit from my Air Filter System that controls how fast and slow it runs. I will put that into my Mother Closet to control the brightness output in the closet, which is 2x2 in my 8x10 Grow Room on a timer too. So I can run it at a lower brightness and less heat for the 16/8 hours a day. Too bad I can't do the sunrise and sunset with it. Removing the antennas does not work when all 3 are so close together in a 8x10 room. At least the Main part of Grow Room will be on the Sunrise and Sunset cycles.
Unless after the Led Unit loses power and then comes back on will it be on all the time until timer goes off or will it chose a program that I don't want... Uhmmm... I will check tonight when I hook it up.

To take a normal picture , you need a camera or app that lets you change the white balance, it needs to have a grey card setting , once app or camera open , go into settings and go to white balance, find grey card setting , now go to your light (led) with a white piece of paper , point camera at paper under led light and push the grey card lock button , this will lock the color and when you remove the paper the camera will take normal pics.

Nice to see that light working so well. I ordered one waiting on it to get here. Have a 2x2 area. Want to use one for veg and 2 for flowerThis is my King Louie that's been flowering under my little Mars 60x5 300w it's the one with the white chassis. I will be using the Mars 60x5 and a T5 4 bulb for my clones and veg for the next grow. Which will be Dark Devil and purple kush.

For 80 Dollars it is worth it for sure. I used it to boost the flower of my last grow (ppineapple punch, headband) and got a great yield and tasting nuggs. I grew the same strain without the Mars 60x5 before that and i yielded about 100 grams less. Good little light.
