Hello everyone,
I want your help to choose the right panel for my growroom. It's 1m x 1m x 1m-2m height. I'm flexible with height. I want to be able to grow 2-4 plants. What panel you believe suits me and what height should my room has to use the panel for best results.
Also I would like to know what problems should i expect as time passes so i will be ready.

Thanks in advance for your answers and have a nice smokey day :)

Ok Rule number one..you can never have enough light.. i would put 2 x 700 in that space. that way you have redundancy , if one light goes out you still have a spare .. plus that will give you 600 watts total draw.

Two mars ll 700 in a 3x3 growroom ! Holy shit that's a lot of light!

im going to get 2 x700 in dr120... it is only 600 watts.. but there are people who know better than me regarding LEDs

however, rule number one...more light more light .

I'd be interested in how you do with that. I have a DR150 I've been using, and I'm thinking of putting 3x400s in it this summer.

I'm unfamiliar with that rule and would have to disagree. I personally made the switch to LED to use less electricity then hid.

if you had a 600 watt hps. you running watts would be about 650 approx as the ballast will have a draw.. if you switch over to led and have a draw of 600w.. you will only be saving 50w.. as you are charged per watt on your electricity bill..

Personally, I don't care a bit whether I save or spend an extra few dollars on electricity. It just looks like to me that LEDs eliminate a few complications that take up time and space. I live where it gets pretty hot in summer, and the room my tent is in doesn't have installed airconditioning. It seems to me that I can cool the tent with just the chiller and IceBox (that I already have) without using the portable airconditioner (which, btw, eats kilowatts like they were candy).
