Mars-Hydro DWC 1 Plant 4x4 Scrog

Good Morning 420 Magazine

Just a couple images for an update.

Still no sign of Broad Mites so hopefully that behind me.

Impatience is coming along slowly but steady.

Stay safe, and grow well my friend,

Tok..

,@Ganjagrandaddy Thank you for stopping by and your positive vibes.

Current having heat issues . Looking at Amazon for a descend chiller on Prime Day.

Stay safe, and grow well my friend,

Tok..
I feel that one too mate. I use exhale bags to help cope with heat. It is a life saver for me many many times with the heat waves. I am at 30°c on the warm days here so the heatwave is a killer as they hit but the bag has allowed them to use the heat better in the past rather than stop growing. My loft gets crazy hot from the sun hitting it roof tile thickness away !. I could not touch the roof from inside as was way too hot. I nailed that by using the thermal sheeting stuff .( silver stuff on a roll for hot tub wrapping =insulation)it does a brilliant job of deflecting the heat away now so I now only have interior loft heat to worry about. lpl The co2 helps and I also have used a product called 'ice" something that was a hormone that helps. another is called chill by vitalink that does similar. Worth a look mate.

Wow, and thanks @Ganjagrandaddy

I completely forgot about Exhale Bags. I have not used them my self, but it makes sense.

Thou, the bag may have minimal co2 release; with the higher heat and increase in co2 (how ever slight) should cause a green house effect.

I just order one to give it a try.

Thanks again,

Tok..
saved me many summers mate. more co2 , better coping with heat. could also consider strains that are more used to dry heat from a land race strains . ones that prefer desert regions for example. hybrids often miss this factor in their mixing up of genetics so a stable original strain for hot periods could help too. power pack outside the tent might be an option too. Mars do an extension for older models to allow this and newer ones can be put outside the tent. . Good luck

Good Day All,

I will post some images a little later.

For the past couple weeks I have been nursing her back to health, and I believe she is starting some forward progress.

You might say why did I not bin her, some times learning, experience and recovery is more important than time to harvest time. It's a leaning thing.

Impatience took the heat treatment harder than I originally thought, but I believe she is on her way back.

Be back in a bit, got chores to do.

Tok..

Good Morning 420 Magazine.

Today update for Impatience is over the last 2 weeks of treatment.

The last couple of weeks I have been pampering her back to health. Flush and changed the solution every 6 days while in veg.

After her first treatment and for two weeks this is what she looked like. The light height has been set at 20 inches above the canopy for the passed couple weeks.

This update is not for the faint of heart.

Stay safe, and grow well my friend,

If I ever start to degenerate into a scraggly-looking old man, I'd want you as my caretaker, @Tokin Roll!

I'll bet you'd have me back in shape again in quick order. :laughtwo:

If this plant has one attribute, it's resilience! :snowboating:
Thank you, Impatience is diffidently testing my knowledge on so many levels.

Great job detailing her recovery, and great job on the recovery...she's ready to fire on all cylinders!
Thanks @Rexer
This journal is going to end up taking a year to finish at this rate.

Make I will do my holiday plant in a 10 gallon bucket for flower.

Anything to help a brother out.

I am about 3 1/2 to 4 hours from DC. I also make trips down to Winchester VA. to visit sister and brother in-law.

Stay safe, and grow well my friend,

Tok..

I through I would do something a little different for this update.

I am going to do a product review for a chilling probe. If everything comes out well it should be a game changer for DWC growers with small setups.

The probe is actually attached to the side of the bucket with the chilling probe inside the bucket. With this set up a pump is not required like with a regular chiller. This product will only drop the temperature about 7 or 8 degrees from the room ambient temperature.

Once, I get the rest of the setup I will explain more and show you how I set it up.

More to come.

Tok..
