Maine 4-Season Greenhouse Grow

Restocked 25 gallons of rain water here. Could get a lot more but I am lazy. Should get us through what I need it to.
We are finally getting a decent soaking...first all summer...love it.

I need a green house :)
Just looking at the Community Carnival page, @Graytail saying his go for 10+ weeks...that would put me into first week of Nov! We've had a foot of snow in first week of Nov here so I am glad I have a roof over their heads.

Hi VanStank. What is the ph of your rain water? I'm wondering if I should collect it?

About 6.5 according to my pH meter that doesn't get used much anymore. I don't pH anything in my soil so rain water makes it easy.

Hiya BH,

I've seen 10 weeks in several journals. I think SweetSue does 8 or 9 weeks flowering time. I'm glad your carnival ladies are in a greenhouse. I have 3 outside in the garden. Didn't get hurt too much last night. Still won't finish in time. Hope yours do! A great smoke!

yeah when I was using tap water (9.2 ish) I would use a teaspoon of Fish Emulsion fertilizer with each gallon of water to do that pH adjusting for me. Found that 1 teaspoon brought that 9.2 right down to a 6.5. Its been SO MUCH easier since I switch to rainwater gathering. I don't have anything fancy...just a 20 gallon trash can and bunch of 5 gallon buckets. When we get settled in the new house we will invest in a legit rainwater catch system and containers for both indoor and outside gardening.

Yup...hard to imagine these girls going for another 6-7 weeks!

Great ideas good luck with the move

GH Update: Just a few gratuitous bud shots...the DTF canopy shots are me up a 3' ladder, which makes the camera perspective @ 9'...
