Mago: Texas style

I own a cocker and they are great hunting dogs. Mostly for foul but they'll chase down small ground game. A well-cooked rabbit is good eats. That'll keep them bastards out of the carrot patch. heh

"can't beat 'em, eat 'em!"

LMAO ...
"can't beat 'em, eat 'em!"
I like that.
Only problem is, it don't get cold enough to kill the Texas Fever bug around here,
maybe it's just the jackrabbits that carry it. It was a cottontail.
Just saw an ad on the one the Sports channels for
an air rifle/pellet gun with laser scope and night vision, 300$us

We have raised cockers as long as I can remember and till Mom and dad split,
Ar-Dee's was the kennel name, 'er was it ArDee's.
Had the top winning Black male in the nation for a couple years,
Ar-Dee's TradeMark
Mom just has one(second one now) that she treats like a child now days.

Got down to 33 last night,
be interested to see how the 2 Sativas in the Wild do.

In case it didn't come to Yas',
I like to experiment, Alot :cheesygrinsmiley:

if only dogs knew..lol well un-spoil it and make a guard dog.lol turn it into a potdog and get it high for chasing animals away.FLAWLESS logic.lol

Hell to Late for that,
when he dies I may have to have Mom put down.
He's 9yo and won't even go outside or eat unless Mom is present.

I gota' short tailed cat(Stubbs), I'm tryin' to train ... ???
cat trainin' like cat herdin'? ain't it??
He's one of 5 Mom's got around here. All outdoor types.
He's the youngest at 6 months or there abouts.

No need for a air rifle.
Seems the hiway traffic took care of the problem for me.
At least I hope it's the same bunny :cheesygrinsmiley:

Made a voyage to TX Hydro today, got a bag of FoxFarms Ocean forest and a bottle of Grow Big.

We're on the right foot now .. but it still hurts, the right foot :cheesygrinsmiley:

great to hear! maybe in a couple months ill hear how fat and sticky those buds are.:cheesygrinsmiley:push it bro.

Maybe plus 2 months, got 9 in the Wild and 3 of those have survived "almost freezing" nights. Found ice in the cat's water dish yesterday.
They are a mix of Sativa and SuperBlueGras2XSativa.
The Kentucky Chronic is lookin' good and lovin' the FF soil.
Have 2 Sativas indoors and one even has 3 nodes now :cheesygrinsmiley:

Started a couple holes in the Wild before the dogs started barkin'
and I realized I was up wind of them.
Got down about a foot
before I figured I had better get back to the house
before somebody started lookin' around to see who was makin' the diggin' noises and stirrin' up the dogs in the middle of the night.
I had hoped to get them 2 foot deep and filled with the Sta-green Soil before it rains. In hopes it would wash some of the toxins out of it.
I want to use it due to the Auqa-guard stuff it has in it.
So I don't have to make too many if any watering trips.

We are at less than 11 hours daylight now
and according to the chart

30 Lat. doesn't get to 13 hrs. till May. They'll be short but should finish.
Maybe I can find a camera by then too :cheesygrinsmiley:

a camera would be nice! sounds like everythings looking up man! and those sativas that were in the wild have some great genetics if they can withstand the ice like that.

Lost one in the Wild, must not have watered it in good.
Found it Wilted the next day.

The holes are for spring clone transplants.
This sandy loam with plenty rocks and pebbles ain't easy to dig.
Specially in the dark.
Few more days and I'll have a full moon to work with.

Still scouting around the good bottom areas for a plot :cheesygrinsmiley:
Be using the Texas bagseed I've collected for that.
Currently got a couple bags mixed together.

I lost an outdoor plant last year. I mean I couldn't remember where I planted it. I'm sure the drought got it. It is a shame that you have to work in the dark and dig in that rocky soil. Keep planting and keep us informed.

yup, that soil sounds like a problem when digging. but the plants should like it right? gives the roots something to grab onto:cheesygrinsmiley:sorry to hear about that plant that died. did you ever get the area secured? animal-wise.

LOL , Yeapper done that a couple times myself.
Lot of times they just never come up or don't last long.

Good drainage at least :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yeah, I think the KittyCats are gonna work with me
and keep the animals away :cheesygrinsmiley:
Been checkin' with a lantern a few times a night and haven't seen any since I saw one(rabbit) dead in the road.

I recon' the worst part is havin' to haul in good soil to make raised beds for the garden.
Dump truck is gonna cost me 400$ but the smallest load they'll deliver is like 180$.
I don't mind prepin' holes,
that is Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) in the wild, most times.
Pays off in the long run.

dump trucks run at night?lol btw howcome youre digging up dirt at night??
