Calmag till plain water hits 0.4. And 2.5ml per litre of each canna. Normal recommended nutes from canna websiteWhat amount of each?
Are you following the recommended schedule for those nutrients?
Are you putting calmag in the plain water first?

I've never had issues with this feed schedule before. I'm edging for more calmag but this is the recommended dosage from shogun. I will be flipping very soon.increase calmag. you're only running 1/2 dose. you might need a bump in feed as well. fix the calmag first as it can interfere with uptake of other nutes.
plant size looks like it should be flipped. autopots run into trouble if left in veg too long. they get root crowding and other root issues.
Are you using calmag in your plain nutrient water first?Don't know what's going on here. Ph is 5.7 in the rez and 5 8 in the autopot trays. No signs of slime or bacteria in the nutrients. Using 1ml per litre of shogun calmag 2.5ml per liter of Canna Coco A+B. water temperature is 19.5c VPD 1.0. UMOLS 620 -700. any ideas??
Yes 1ml per litre, Stir and let sit for 10 minutes my tap water is EC 0 then it goes up to 0.4 EC after calmag has been mixed in. Then I add base nutes. A first. Are you using calmag in your plain nutrient water first?

Thanks @bluter the foliar is done. I feed callmag every rez top up at 1ml per litre. I use tap water. EC at zero and ph at 7.5 till I adjust it. I'm going to up the calmag dosage to 1.5ml per litre in the rez, or would you go 2ml ? I'm not sure of the dangers of over feeding calmag or if there is any.it should be run in the feed at all times. that foliar will help somewhat, but is no substitute for running it as a supplement.
ftr i don't really like this product. they don't even publish npk for it, to me that's crucial. and they fiddle with a hard water / soft water approach .... typically british lol.
the published "root feeding" schedule is a lot higher than the "hydro" schedule they publish. the "root feeding schedule" is suggested at 1 - 2ml/L - which is within other calmag products. i would probably use that as a guide just based off experience with other products.
that's where i based my comments on.
the suggested hydro schedule is far weaker at around .5ml/L. i dunno what you wanna do with all that info
edit: what is your water like ? are you using RO ?

EC is zero at startwhat is the starting ec of the tap water before adding anything?
just realized things get a little complicated if you are using the canna a+b nute line. it doesn't play as well as other nute lines. the calmag dosage changes depending on base water conditions.
you don't wanna fix everything for the problem plant and throw the others off if they are happy with things as they are. sometimes you just have a pissy plant.
EC is zero at start
Yeah I'll do it again now
that's not possible. you would have to be starting with distilled water for it to be that low. have you ever measured it before adding anything?
