Lost In The Fog

Haha, what's up with that then? I know they can live their own life sometimes, you got to treat them right.
I just dont like to use pure power to cool something, water is better in my opinion ^^
I have tested with a fan. I got to the conclusion that my duct fan was more powerful than any 120mm fan I could find. That's why I want to let the tent venting pass through Poseidon and the radiator. The fan I got sucks 800m3/h on full steam, running it on 110V right now so it should suck 400m3 now that should cover the radiator venting, right? ;)

Sure! When u have even "just" 400m³ ist way more than any 12cm fan i know - or u choose one who has 50dB or more! :D

Sounds fun, it's some time since I tinkered with Arduino. But I made an hall effect flow meter for work, measured ml/min. That's the most advanced I got with them. Would like to learn some wifi with them. Ever tried tinkering with Raspberry Pi?

No, Raspberry is to "hightech" and to expensive to make something like that - Arduino is way more simple and i like that ;)

That's the beauty! :)

Yeah, sound level is also a variable to take in when growing. I have that fan built in a box and some other sound improvements.

You are right about that, I got one Raspberry but never made anything with it exept using Linux and some Kodi. Think I have four unos and 8 micro "unos". Very fun platform to tinker with.

I have also several D1's and Lua Lolins V3 laying around - and maybe also 8 mircos ;) I also have some soil humidity sensors, unfortunately u have to solder them by urself - u only get the pcb and the components

thats what I did:

Wow, you are a f-cking PRO buddy!

You could solder your own lights. Just order a bag of Samsung inFlux 3500K's and start working! :)

I would just dream of soldering so small components....

Thank u :D when u learned something and it's part of ur job u should could do that ;) but u really need a calm hand! ^^ (1-2 beer and a spliff should help :p ) but all in all, just practice and a good solder iron!

yeah, i could solder a lot, but u also need the pcb for it and I dont want to make my own, or wait - I have no CNC and with acid it's to...hmm....scary? :D

I guess it's so. I went the industrial electrician way through school and now some automation later in life.

Work with water processing now and acid is something we handle on daily basis. It's like electricity you got to treat it right and respect it. Then you can start using it for lots of fun stuff. :)

Have no experience with with pcb manufacturing but seen the kits they sell. Don't think its that harmful. You probably have sellers on ebay that can do this for you for a few $.

Very cool/calm hand you got anyway. You could have been a surgeon. But I don't think the spliff and beer is a good combo then. ;)

The best and only combo :D :ganjamon:

One other problem is, that u have to "create" ur pcb - u make take usually with some CAD Software or even 3D Max would work....when u want to make it with acid u have to print it, get it on some foil and then u have to use some uv active colour to make the negative and then the rest would be eaten away from acid...with a CNC it's easier ;)

You are probably right. Would an engraver/printer work?

The take off...

White Widow is taking off.

Spliff Berrys damage top is going to manage fine I think. It's a little after bud she made it. I'm happy.

Filled the Autopot Rez full today and added Rhizotonic, Cannazym and some cal/mag. Mixing nicely with the help of the air stone I put in it. Got to say that so far I'm very happy with this system. I think the Airdomes in the bottom makes a lot of difference. They seem to have picked up the speed since the replant to them. I'm soon dropping two more seeds. Forgot to order four Airdomes when I ordered....
