Wow that's pretty hot soil for starting seeds! Carry on though...
 
As long as it's working that's what matters!
 
It's very fun to make own soil been doing much out on the summer place. Use a big cement mixer. Compost, sand and clay... and horse poo too. But it's very hard to get a consistency in the quality. You never know how it's turning out if you don't have control over the ingredients. In large scale that's more doable.

Van Stank is trying to get me to mix my own version of his soil. I'm tempted after seeing his plants but it's not just be the soil that makes his plants so amazing!

Yeah, I've seen his plants also. Hes got a green sixth sense... some do and some don't. I can grow them but think I'm more into the tec and builds around the grow. :) I love to grow and I'm still learning. The fact is I'm not an expert in any of my fields or doings but I can a little of everything.
 
Veg light DIY...

This is somewhere in the neigbourhood of what I was thinking. There is another solder connection terminal on the cob, wounder if it's for serial connection or parallel. Will glue the cobs against the aluminum disc.

This project will be set on pause until next week. Ordered a new soldering station yesterday, the one I got is not healthy. Tried to fix it but it seems beyond repair, from me anyway. Plus I will probably get the super pump today so I got lots to do anyway.

Hope so. I'm going look in to another driver for the cobs, would like to have some really blue leds as well.

Everything takes time, it takes a lot of patience doing this stuff. I can only work the lights daytime at nights its needed ON. :)

Finally got hold of a low stool for my grow room... been looking for years. The ones with round seats they have in workshops are very expensive if you want a stable one. This one I got for under 30$. Great when fiddling with the plants inside the tent.

Y'know Crazy, as much as I tease you about your light cooling project, you make better and more productive use of your spare time than 90% of the world's population, and 100x more than I do. :thumb:
