took the plants outside just for pics, guess i will stop to bring em outside, mars hydros lights are doing good and i dont trust the helicopters flying over my house, most of them is just the army wasting fuel but im pretty sure there is one with some leaf recognition software...maybe im paranoid but better paranoid that with a ten grand fine : D
Ah
you are a bit over paranoid but I know that feeling, I guess its something all growers from country's like our ones
need to be to be able to actually grow. Growers from the West here often forget about us and look past this problem we still got here. Seen dozens of people get busted for not being careful enough with
1. Who they tell they are growing, during my 20 years of growing there is only 3 people I know who knows this dark hobby of mine.
2. Busts are oftfen a result from some other reason than suspision of growing / selling. Hear about people getting busted by police for a simple reason as having a loud party and they are called on site due to this and
Aha, you have some class A drugs growing here in your closet.
3. Not being able to effectively conceal their grow regarding power draw, smell and what many forget the light during darker hours.
Don't think you need to be worried about those flying choppers, they are looking for something completely different these days and I don't think they even would even care right now if they even would spot you next to a plant in the air. But I know your feeling and try to keep that in mind during your time you will have plants and think over every move, I even had to evolve a way of getting home perlite and soil to my apartment and later getting rid of it not rasing anyones suspision. Not an easy task with both pain and a rolling grow consuming 25- 50L soil and perlite every 2-3 months, neighbors see stuff and easy makes assumptions about stuff
I know I do...
dont know if im brave but i learned so much stuff here that confused me a bit...i guess now i just need time and experience. anyway the only plant i topped in the first grow was the easier to manage and since i dont want to spend plenty of time LSTing them i went for the cut..
i mean, LST is very relaxing and gave me great results but probably soon i will not have that much time to spend on the plants.
LSTing a topped plant is wayy easier.
here comes the pics
first the quadlined one, immediatly after the cut and today one day after..she looks happy.
You are very brave pics tell this, but I don't know if any one ever gave you this advice about plants and its the most important of them all. Plants live in another time zone than us humans, things we do to them usually takes 2-3 days to happen and we can see a result from the action we abused them with. So this is the advice:
give them time, and more time again and do have lots of patience with them. I had trouble with this when advancing here from advice gotten here from various people most from our
Cannabis grow guru Shed.
heres a pic of my most advanced plant, nice bud isnt it
will probably harvest in about 3/4 weeks (no idea really)...my first indoor harvest..so excited : D
Go really easy with that one now for a few weeks at least to let her heal, plants in that stage is really fragile but I get your point what you are trying to do. A plant / strain takes this abuse different and some strains can freak out totally from this so you need to be aware what strain you are doing this to. Start with easy strains and stable strains that can take this better than others, Kush is a great strain and can take much abuse without
showing any pain from it.
this other one didnt get much better even after the switch to megacrop (i was using biobizz), leafs are still a bit yellow...maybe a nitrogen deficency?
guess ill just keep giving her increasing amounts of Megacrop and see what happen.
shes an amnesia haze auto
I would go easy with that one as well, its hard changing feeding on a plant in the middle of this stage she is in. Different strains require different elements to evolve and grow, specially during bud development you will learn to see this when you get more experience from different strains when growing them.
That plant looks like she is getting to much of something and maybe too little from something else, as I said hard to say not knowing what strain and genes she got. Keep the feeding after what the bottle say and specially if she is rooted in soil that also got nutrition for the plant to take up. Too much of some elements also block the plant of taking up other elements she needs.
This is complex and don't expect to get the hang of this just from hearing it from me, you still need lots of experience to make these calls. Hell I don't know myself lots of times whats wrong with my plants, every grow is different specially when switching strains often to completely new ones you never grown before.
apparently everybody here started growing during the quarantine...getting stuff was so difficoult that people had to do it : D
im not an heavy smoker and i started growing cause i had a difficoult time in the past few months and basically i didnt sleep for about three months, since i dont want to get pshycho drugs i thought that was the better choice to make.
its crazy how psycho drugs are so easy to get and instead if they find you with a joint you get big money to pay..crazy world we live in.
LOL, same here. Had a friend over last weekend, one who knows what I'm cooking in my closet. He told me his friends in Stockholm had told him they were keen of starting growing in an abandoned house. Just hearing that idea and how they want to proceed with that idea makes me get the chills... electric companies here get distant hourly reports on consumption from their grid and if there is a 100-200% over normal consumption for electricity during 12h of the day they flag that property and report this to police.
This other thing you are talking about with psycho drugs is only partially true according to me anyway. This drug we are growing is very potent in many ways and from what I learned about myself and my conditions is that its never a good thing to give oneself diagnosis to different conditions and there are also backsides to everything. I started growing and smoking very potent strains like White Widow, Kush and later Guerilla Glue but after some time I got more in to smoking Sativas and also CBD strains. These strains are considered by some here less potent and not worthy growing just because they are considered less potent. I had many issues with my psychic the past years after my accident involving very hard trauma to my head and I have developed a very sensitive mind to specially drugs. In comparision before accident I could easily smoke the most potent thing I could get my hands on growing and now I get super stoned by a CBD hybrid with only 7% thc content, not officially confirmed on my own weed.
Consesus of this is you should always at least take in what a doctor tells you what condition you are in and act accordingly to their advice to you and they are hopefully professionals...
You seem to do great Mumps and you are definitively an interesting character to have around here!
Take it easy with the plants and have patience with them and you will do great!
And yes, it's wonderful for insomnia. As opposed to my time before growing, I sleep like a baby every night now, which makes me feel better overall.
This is one of the positive effects from Indica plants, hell even Sativas if over consumed! One thing I learned is CBD have the opposite effect during nighty spliffs before bedtime, I don't suffer from it due to my other conditions but a friend got some Spliff Berry from me and was very confused the day after not getting any sleep after smoking it.
Indica charges batteries during night, Sativa overcharge them during day, CBD even out the charge to normal voltage.
