Yea I noticed that...you know as well as I do when researching online you gonna get 12,000 different answers and opinions...I was thinking about putting wood over the carpet tho
 
I'm gonna have to figure something out before I switch to flower...new room is showing like lil over 90 degrees...no I don't have a fan in there but not sure if that'd help...might have to run led idk
 
LEDs will not change your heat much but will increase your light and you they are both low heat light I think after you add the fan and get an air flow moving it will start to drop a lot having stagnant air all that heat can build up easily
 
Yea....I don't have much of a intake really...that small hole that's mate 2 inch hole lol thought about drilling maybe 2-3 inch holes along the bottom of one side of the walls idk just running ideas
 
Just trying to use what I have on hand without spending money at the moment but I will if I have to just not sure how much longer I can veg mom
 
From what I understand theoretically they can stay in vegetation forever as long as the light does not change and get shorter some strings I have seen decide to flower even with 18-hour light just because they got tired of being in veg I don't know what happens if you let one run like that once they started to do it I threw them into a flowering room ask for stuff that you have on hand if you may have a few items that you can think of that you can list I may be able to help you in ways you can use them but it's hard for me to think when I don't know what you have on hand LMAO
 
Mars Hydro makes very good lights lot of people have very good harvest with them not that expensive either plus you're going to need a ventilation and you can go on eBay and find one including vent fan and scrubber for like 40 bucks

Before you jump to changing anything jump through all the things you know the plant needs and see if there's anything you're missing other than lighting as for lighting goes you have a decent light all you need to do is put inside lighting
 
OK here goes. Sunshine mix #4 plus for growing medium, general organics GO line for fertilizer. 400w HP's and 4 23w CFL 6500 times 2 for side lighting. Large stand-up fan moving air. Temp at the pots is 26 Celsius humidity is 60%. That is the main grow area. For clones planting tray large dome with top vents and heating pad. Temp is 24 Celsius and humidity is at 90.
I was taking advice from a local hydro shop that is the first one in my area and hasn't been opened long. I realised pretty quick that my knowledge was better then his but it cost me 3 seeds of 9! arrgg!!. The shop only has the basics and is very expensive. But at least I have access to real ferts.
Growing , one of each blueberry, cheese, white rhino, white widow, kushy Kush, for photo period. Also revolver and train wreck autos.
I have never grown autos but I just had to try a couple for shits and giggles! lol.
I will be setting up a separate veg area with 8 florescent 4 foot tubes until I can afford a new light. And leave the HP's for flower.
 
I had to mess with the ferts in the beginning because of advice from hydro shop guy but have it figured out now. I got it up to 3\4 of the dose but my cheese had a little tip burn so will go back to 1\2 dose from now on. That was for the photos, but I haven't given the autos anything yet. They look great but I have been hearing that they don't like much very and also I'm not sure weather to start them on veg or flower? They are starting to show hair's so if you could give me your advice I would greatly appreciate it!
 
Top branch broke off beyond repair so I have clipped the bottom and scraped it placed in water see if it grows some roots

I started on about day 17 with nutrients half strength. Like Ohioboy says. Feed feed water repeat. Working for me.

i would say u will see when it needs it.
 
I would start giving them fertilizer as soon as they start to flower before then they really don't need it with autoflowers they are susceptible to stress very easily and ask for your other plants I am running blueberry in several different strains from different people I have white widow and a couple of the others
 
when it comes to Breaking branches and stems your plant you'd be surprised what it can come back from and heal up within 1 to 2 days and keep alive I have broke the main stem on large plants and wake up with them laying across the ground and still they will live and support their self after a day they do not want to die it would be cool to see pictures of what you are doing with it and it will root if given enough time but it is a possibility that it will hermaphrodite after do from stress
 
When it comes to fertilizer it's almost identical to you eating a pain pill you don't start with eating the maximum dosage you could OD same thing with the plants you don't give them anywhere close to the maximum amount fertilizer rule of thumb that I work by is when starting fertilizer go with a low dose and move up slow I will start somewhere in between 10 and 25 per cent and start to move up as my plant gets used to it
 
Thanks for the info! Looks like I lucked in with the autos! Even a blind chicken get a kernel of corn once in a while! lol . I just noticed the first hairs a few days ago so next watering I will give the autos a 1\4 dose of flower ferts. Thanks again! It's really nice to have people to bounce things off of.
 
One other question , maybe some one knows for sure. Is a clone considered a plant before it gets rooted? So I guess what I'm asking is do you have to add clones to the number of plants your aloud to grow?
