LMAO Cloning For Dummies

I'm still trying to get the do and don't about trimming and when to do it and not

Its easier to leave them than put them back on. There are so many differing opinions. I trimmed very sparingly in veg. When they started to flower I went at it very slowly with a set of rules I sort of made up.
It gets removed if
Its low on the plant old and big
Its very big and covering something I want
It has a long stem and is big
Anything with damage or drying
This was the first trim, I took off those leaves and left them alone for a week or so. I did this twice waiting a week between. When flower really kicked in I did the same thing but started leaving four nice leaves up top and trimmed the few now left below them, by now the little cotton balls were really starting to grow. I went real slow just a little at a time but over time I have taken off a ton of leaves. I basically studied every leaf before I removed it but following my rules it only took a glance. If I was undecided it stayed. I leaned more towards leaving enough not cutting a bunch all at once. I spent hours and hours trimming and training. Hopefully just did the last session.

Mostly tried to keep em opened up for light and airflow

That's what I wanna do...some of mine are big and since I did lst and main stalk is laying flat it made it bushy in the middle(top) so not much light gets in the middle...I have the side branches(hopefully my main colas) spread out but seems I could get more light in if I trimmed

How long will they survive in that bag without you opening it to give them air? Kind of curious I had two clones lock in Gatorade bottles for 6 days with no light and being thrown around the vehicle to see if I could ship them and it did not bother them at all I took them out of the bottle and put them in a cup to see if they would survive afterwards now my next question is how long will they survive in there before dying

I'm curious: any lil white bits starting to show? Nice humid atmosphere in those bottles...

I have had no issues with them being in the bottles my main thing now is to make sure that they can survive in after being in there for 6 days I have treated these things rough to see how much they would take

Before I start to ship them out next Friday I just need to make sure they are going to live in Roots but you will be one of the first ones to know as soon as I am ready

I just cloned in produce bags and I would go three days between opening it up, letting it breath and re-tying it closed. One clone in rockwool took 8 days for roots, and one in rapid rooter plug took 12 days (despite the fact it fell over onto the floor twice and was left there over a weekend). I don't know that i would wait more than 3 days between breathing the bag.

Dumb question but with the lights on I would think the plants would be all stretching up going toward the light...mine looks a lil droopy...some are stretching up but some are hanging down is this a problem

Going from the 8 bulb 4ft light to the 6 bulb 2ft light does take away some light but should be ok huh....o and I found a heat lamp fixture and I stuck the 4 cfl bulbs in it...I read about wasted light and I want to harness all light possible...I know these walls could use flat white paint or better reflective surface...but one thing at a time on a budget

It is now seven days and I have been treating mine like crap and they still will not die I'm just trying to push it and see how long it takes them to actually die I guess you could say I'm killing clones
