LMAO Cloning For Dummies

I'm looking at buying another ballast Incase this one fails I can have a backup...hopefully it's still under warranty when it does lol but living where I do I like to have a quick back up...so what's a good brand that won't break the bank...I can buy another ipower but idk...1000 watt dimmable

Tomorrow will be 1 week of flower for my northern lights lady under her 900 watt led. So any guesses what she is gonna produce? I know what im thinking but whats yalls thoughts?

Im not going to do it this grow but next grow im thinking of keeping my 24/7 light schedule for veg and my 12/12 light schedule for the first couple weeks of flower but im thinking of trying to go to 16 off 8 on for the last 6 weeks or so of flower. Anyone lower their daylight schedule that low? Any thoughts?
 
I'm on 18/6 veg and 11/13 flower...I've heard people saying going pitch dark for last couple days of flower...stressing it a lil bit but I have no clue on any of it
 
Just changed the water on my girl. Drained the old and put in 6 more gallon. Lid slid and broke off one of her leafs so i said screw it and put it in a cup of water. No gels no nutrients no clipping. Just picked her up and put her in some water. If she takes i have a buddy that will take her. If she don't oh well she broke off anyway

I could be mistaken, but I do not think a leaf will grow into a viable clone. It will always be just a leaf.
 
I just took 10 cuttings hoping at least 8 take...all 8 rooted last time and really only have room for 8 in veg room at moment but if 10 root then good...I turned the top of the veg room/closet into the clone area lol why not...veg lights come on so does the clones...just working with what I have
 
Thank you yea some older lower leaves are looking iffy but for most part they are growing fast now...just trying to keep em low...depending on how they look when their mom is done flowering I'll throw them in but not sure yet...waiting on my new hood and gotta get ducting and everything ran before I get them in there
