I struck it lucky, it's hard to find from the local dealers here, but ooooh boy, when i found those 6 little beauties.... 1st priority is to breed 'em, it was a seriously good smoke, the genes are golden. I'll let you know when i can send you some proper seeds, this is original landrace stock...I like Durban Poison the strain and I mean the original one
I'm just starting to harvest the first of my winter plants - good grief, what a nightmare these past few weeks have been. Did ya know that when you super-duper stress plants, they don't even turn hermie, they go into this whole other spectrum of bisexuality that ya gotta see to believe. (I stressed the plants with transplanting and soil ammending within normal range for a summer grow, BUT with the winter night temps dropping like crazy, i super stressed them fidgety sativas). So can't trust the first seed crop coming in now , gonna make some hemp flour with those & bake some seeeeeerious brownies. Will fertilize again in about 3 weeks, then send you some proper swazi seeds - regular, got a great male's pollen.Let me know when you get something you want me to try out and I will do the same when I get more seeds down I am in the process of reading my white Bubba Kush
Yup, 1st lot is a big giant ?. Not stable, for sure. Got my swazi nice & stable, but the weird bisexual ones i got from an unverified source, which is another reason i grew them out in winter (rather than waste valuable real estate on them when i can get trusted results from a stable seed in summer). Stop me if i'm rambling, took my first hit off this grow (not cured, couldn't wait ) and boy oh boy. It's yum...When it comes to reading seeds been using stress to make pollen the real results will come out when you go to take those seeds and put them in the ground and see if they hermaphrodite whether you get majority males or the majority or females this is always the fun part about breeding there is a lot of different ways to do it just got to make sure they stay stable is the key
I actually had to make (regular) brownies to apologize! Used real damn chocolate in it, too, and they complained about that, too!You better be doing a lot of making brownie points
Yup. I get confused by the small ones i have in pots' rotation schedule, so i marked the pots on the one side. I turn them in the morning, so they get sun on one specific side for a whole day - morning & afternoon sun. Seems more "fair" ito light distribution, cause there are slight differences (so small it wouldn't bother most ppl)in light intensity at dif times. But me, i'm that kind of crazy.Hey do y'all ever turn your plants ...well those that are in pots/soil....outside the sun moves and gets in different spots of the plants ....I turn mine few times a day
