LKABudMan And The Vivosun Auto Oasis - Sponsored By VIVOSUN

They're perfect tent-mates, and Daisy is stacking so hard!
They really are very similar structures.
Isn't it fun when a branch laughs at your training and shrugs off you efforts? Sometimes I come home and my pipe cleaners are just hanging down the sides of the pots. :)
Some plants more than others. It really is amazing what they can do.

Julie (Herbies Seeds Girl Scout Cookies Auto)
Date: 6/29/23 Day# 30
Medium: 5G SIP Bucket with FFHF amended with Geoflora veg & Dynomyco

Julie is coming into her fifth week and still no signs of flowering. I've been updating her LST every day. The top mains are back to just above horizontal, and I've got them strapped down tight. Most of the lowers have caught up in height and are being LST'ed to the outside. I'm starting to train some of the sub-branches now. By this weekend I'll get rid of all of the suckers.

This girl is going to take up her half of the @VIVOSUN Auto Oasis easily. She's already over 20" wide and still vegging hard. As soon as she hits 26" wide I'll let her start growing up. I don't think she'll have that riser under her for long ;)

Daisy (Barneys Farms Dos Si Dos Auto)
Date: 6/29/23 Day# 67
Medium: 5G SIP bucket with FFHF soil & Dynomyco
Nutrients: Remo Nutrients week#6-8 flower

Daisy is still on full-strength Remo nutrients. I've run this same nute schedule for the past several autos with no issues. I guess that made me a bit too comfortable when Daisy started showing issues last week. I mistook it for a slight magnesium deficiency and added Epsom to her nutes.

Looking over the past week, her leaves have continued to worsen. She's drinking less, too. I think I need to start giving her more frequent water breaks. She has gone through a lot of nutrients, and she's not getting as much light now as she was with two AeroLights on her. I'll start backing off on the nutrients and see how she reacts.
dAISY tRACKER 20230629.png
In her 6th week of flower Daisy is still building on bud. I love the way her buds build up the stems like a helix. I'm starting to see more orange pistils sprinkled in, especially on the lowers. She's finally starting to get more trics too, and her smell is getting stronger. With a few more weeks to fatten up I'm hoping I can keep her healthy for a strong finish.

I know I fluff your feathers often but…

You really are such a great grower. The time you spend cultivating these beauties and the pride that goes into your grows is not lost on me. I see it and love it!
Thanks Trala, and it takes one to know one ;) Your Kushs are looking fantastic BTW.

Date: 7/5/23 Day# 36
Medium: 5G SIP Bucket with FFHF amended with Geoflora veg & Dynomyco
Nutrients: Remo Wk#1-4

Julie has finished a full 5 weeks of veg. It's been almost 3 weeks since she's been in the SIP bucket so the Geoflora is just about gone. I fed her a couple of days with MC (6g/G), then today I switched her over to Remo week1-4 flower nutrients. She's drinking a half a gallon a day now and needs all the nutrients she can get.
Julie Tracker 20230705.png
I've been busy the past few days, with people coming over and a nice long holiday weekend. I've still had 15-20 minutes every day to update Julie's LST. On Saturday I pulled off a few leaves from the middle and really opened her up. Her canopy is nice and flat right now, with everything pulled to the outside. She still looks really healthy, too.

I'm calling today day# 1 of flower. She's got pistils popping everywhere, and she's ready to start getting her flower feed. I've run out of room to pull to the outside, as she's taking up her 28"x28" half of the @VIVOSUN Auto Oasis. All of her growing now will be up. I'll try to keep her as even as possible as she stretches, but she has a LOT of buds!

Nice job splaying Julie, Budman! :Rasta:
Thanks GDB. She's been fun with that wide node spacing. Now I'm looking forward to seeing how tall she can get (knock on wood).

Gina (FastBuds Gelato Auto)
Final Harvest Update

Monday, after 14 days in the drying closet, we took all of Gina's branches off of the hangers. We bucked all the buds off the stems and then put them in a 1LB Grove bag with a Govee hygrometer. It looks like they're staying right around 60%, except for when I took them out for pictures yesterday.
Looks like your harvest came out great! Congrats! I am looking for a better Hygrometer... I'm so over the little cheapo digital ones... How are you liking the Govee Hygrometers? Are they worth it? Do you recommend them? Do you use the wifi or bluetooth? I will sure appreciate your input...

:volcano-smiley:

Where the fuck have you been?!

I was ready to send out an Amber Alert and whack your face on a milk carton!
Hi Trala. It's funny how life gets fast sometimes, and it's usually in the summer. The pool is open, I have two gardens outside with tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, all kinds of herbs and even some strawberries. I have three gardens in the basement including the salad tent. And of course now my job is picking up too.

So, I took a long holiday weekend with family... unplugged for the most part. It was wonderful, and now I'm so far behind on everything. Well, everything except the gardens ;)

Thanks V4L. I love the govees, I have several different types throughout the house. I use the mini bluetooth sensors in my Govee bags. I use the wi-fi thermo-hygrometer in my tents. I also have a 4-pack of sensors throughout the house, including the basement and drying closet. Those use a hub that plugs in, then you get 4+ sensors that can go anywhere. All of them can be calibrated and all seem fairly accurate. They all read on one dashboard, and even tell you when they are getting low on batteries.

Okay fine, Julie can have her own light! :)
Not much I can do about it now, right? I'm going to try to keep the two canopies as even as possible. That way they'll both have 1.5 lights on them, better using the spill-over from the other light.

Thanks for the reply! I just now ordered a Govee gateway with 6 sensors! Should help lots curing future harvests...

Daisy (Barneys Farms Dos Si Dos Auto)
Date: 7/6/23 Day# 74 Fday# 45
Medium: 5G SIP bucket with FFHF soil & Dynomyco
Nutrients: Remo Nutrients week#6-8 flower

The last time I updated, I was thinking that Daisy was getting too many nutrients. After that update, I noticed that she had started pulling a bit from some of her lower fans. She has plenty of fans and not much time to go, so I'm not too worried. I'm also not about to start backing off on nutrients, though. I'm keeping her on full-strength Remo for now. She finished her last bucket and got a gallon of straight water yesterday. Tomorrow I'll mix up 5 more gallons, maybe the last she'll need.
Daisy Tracker 20230706.png
Daisy is definitely starting to show her age. On day# 74 from seed and after 44 days of flowering, she probably only has a couple more weeks to go. I've plucked a dozen or so shriveled leaves from the bottom that just came right off. While her leaves are starting to look a little ugly, her buds are filling in and getting frostier (and some purple?). The smell is getting stronger too :yummy:

She's still getting some light from the second AeroLight, but she's mostly under a single 100w @VIVOSUN AeroLight in flower mode. I've backed it up an inch or two to get a better spread. On a 20/4 schedule she is still getting around 40DLI all over. How much bud can she pack on?
