This thread could of potentially saved my last harvest, as I was thinking 5% would be female out of 100 grab bag seeds but then I ended up with 22 ladies and no space to keep them alive -_- I'll be on this thread for a very long time :D

You got the right idea there LA in spreading her out rather than defoliate her now. I'd go as wide as possible now, even 90 degree bends if needed. Then hit her good with the defoliation when the stretch stops.

I don't recall what light you're using?
 
Hey Bassman...great advice buddy :) How long does it normal take from flip for the stretch to stop? Total first timer here lol :)
 
Hey Bassman, yep she will get bent every couple of days now untill final set.Although she has almost filled my space! :) Then yeah defol here we go!
OZ a couple of weeks for stretch maybe up to 20 days, hence most people's defol at 21/22 days after flip. :)

The light I use is just a 400 hps with a simple open wing reflector. ballast is a Megalight. Powers hps and MH but aint got a MH bulb yet.
 
Thanks Bassman and LA :) As I'm doing mine the "LA way" I guess it really is just a case of following suit lol :) I'll be picking your brains LA as you well know :). I've got 31st Jan in mind as my flip date....what you think mate?

so in theory the prime area below the bulb is from 6" to about 13-14" away, with decent useable light to 21" but getting weaker on the way down.
 
that is an awesome strain and a beautiful plant. your fan leaves truly did fill back in with that veg. if you stress plant in the stretch too much i think it can hurt yield
 
Yep but real small enclosed on 3 sides area. My girl is 1.5 ft away at mo, so has room to grow. After about another five inches she will be at the upper limit. Any higher and heat really is an issue. If needed though I have my car radiator fan that sucks air out and blows into room. :)
She will have foot long vert growth by end easy :)

Buddy, take her to AT LEAST 14. That way you'll get a better more estimate of yield from Gitt. Gitts got 28 so 14 = 50% lol. Dont forget the energy WILL be shared along the 4 flux fairly evenly :) My bigger "Y" and "+" flux girls are looking awesome :)
 
BAR if I may add an idea to improve the reps are right........

More questions :) make it last a bit longer :) I really enjoyed it last time but it ended to quickly

I see oz's brain working overtime thinking "that's funny mrs ozz always says that to me" hehehe
