Hey b. Its just something Ive always done. As with my training I do ask the plant to do a lot and it would get wat to overcrowded if I didnt take em off. All girls I train end up with a lot of bud sites so air flow is needed, hence the odd strip. Also she is still in veg so doesn't matter to much.

Cheers Cajun, yeah as long as I don't screw her up should be monstrous. I'm switching to my best nutes on monday. so going to give her a bit of a flush tomoz. Going with my Doggett and Simpson. from one of our great sponsors here @ 420! Everything I have heard is positive to say the least. All from a couple of sources that I regard as exceptional growers on here, (Spimp! and Donpaul!) So going with that as its a lot less mixing and guessing etc.

I've just ordered their 2+5+5 bundle and should get it next week in time for my second grow. I also like the simple tablespoon/gallon, feed every watering schedule. I guess we'll see if it really works.
 
Hey all, KingJohnC, I'm going with however long it takes to get me minimum of 6-8 inches vertical build before flower as I want foot long Colas all round!
Heady, DIY CO2 that is my friend.
Also a few pics of the Gitt and her growth! Also my find this morning a little solar water pump for two quid in my local charity shop. I should be able to use it for a cloner? I'll look into something to fit on end. Any Ideas for the best results?

Cheers OZ, Heady, yep cool little pump for in tent cloning so no power apart from my hps he he! Just need to get a spray bar or something to mist or bubble. I'll do a proper self build bit when I get the rest of whats needed. If anyone has any tips, tricks or ideas give us a shout!
 
All sorted actually lol. Because its an ornamental/decorative pump it has a number of diffusers that send differing amounts of water at differing angles etc. The other bit is that the rate of supply/pressure can be altered with the amount of light supplied to the solar panel. It has a really long lead so can be placed wherever I want.
This means that now I just need a plastic tub and my old flip-flops lol. Good days, as now I can clone away to my hearts content. So I'll take some off my new girls later along their path. Then I can set about with playing at crossing a few etc. The build should be in a few days once I can procure a nice large tub! :)
 
Lol...all systems go then :) You know that supermarket that like the colour green? Well they do some REALLY nice BIG round tubs for £4 :) They were £3 a few weeks ago but I reckon they priced them wrong lol :)

Iv got 3 of those huge tubs from asda in my garage...... With the holes already drilled in the bottom lol
Cool pump. At first I thought.... How's that guna work he's guna have to put it on the window sil or outside lol
Then I remembers in our rooms we have our own sun gods :)
