Arrrrr I see what ur saying..... I think your getting at the pot width being wide for the whole of the training to take place at the top of the pot? I'm making sense in my head lol. I think it would be easy enough to continue the flux method beyond the circumstance of the pot top
Sure 18x18 would be great though and btw I think I undersized the pot top a bit it's prob more like 14-15" il get an actual pik for my grow tomorrow.... Just thoughts at the mo anyway

Yep, that's it mate . The training starts REAL early at 3 nodes so transplanting isn't going to happen lol. I'm a twat for wanting OPTIMUM space and shape "OCD" lol

No worries my friends its all good. It is quite easy to carry on past rim using garden wire. As your just doing a couple itll be fine. As oz is doing ten he would do better with bigger pots as if he's moving around working on em it might be easy to snap an end that protrudes to much!

I wonder if 2 part interlocking pots are available.... 2x15litre pots..... First one has a slide off bottom.... Veg with the first one then slide the bottom off and sit it strate on top of the second 15 litre pot. Like transplanting in to double size pot but with zero stress

Lol it just makes sense. My grandad used to slice the bottoms off his tomato plant pots and sit them on top of a grow bag. Similar thing
