LIBERTY HAZE
(Feminized, Flux) Day 173

The canopy is pretty much even now, only 3 branches were crimped this morning. No trimming was done. Since she's getting a little tall she got to play "camouflage dress up" for the first time. Is there anything else that needs to be done at this point Professor Flux?

Yeah, I meant to ask you about those secondary shoots Light. Thanxx...

Mr Am4zin :)

Ok lets get all fluxing technical lol. With your two main flux arm ends, you want the tether down away from the growing tip enough to allow the growing tip to point upwards and face the light. This is when the opening up of the growing tips is most advantageous. Your basically just giving the immature foliage as much light as you can get deep down! This is what promotes the forming up of the next node so quickly. :)
Then I want you to look at the levels of all end growing points. Remember we use levels to drive growrh where we want it. So at beginning we have the 2 main ends highest. This will give you more lateral growtth for the main length of your flux. The secondary arms you raise if some are stunted and lower any that are getting to long.
Now as were auto here the most important bit for success is judging when to stop the training and let vert build. Also when to top the main ends (if your going full on flux) :) you always top leaving enough time for them points to grow out into limbs! :) now then take all this in and utilize it especially when flowering is about to onset as you will get stretch for vert, but not much!
This is just advice lol and fluxing is supposed to be fun, so its your girl so you do as you feel :) :)

Thanks for that fluxing lesson professor lol, it's feed day today so I'll get her out onto the table after I get my feed. Her sister sprout is flowering already so I must think fast. Let me re read your post again and then again, let it sink in (it takes a while) and I'll update later. Thanks again LA.:thumb:

Ok so, after some thought and time with my little one, here is where I am. I'm not gonna go full flux and top the ends as I think flower is here (one or 2 pre flowers are there) so, I'm gonna continue keeping main arms out for now and let her go up maybe next week. I think I'm a little worried about going the full hog with her being an auto and it being my first auto run. I have learned loads already from this site and with time and practice I can go the full fluxing way in the future. This is where she is now

Sorry I posted my question in the other thread. I'll use this one from now on.
I had a question for veg time. About how long did it take you to go from your topped node to the edge of your pot? mine in the picture is starting week 4 but as you can see its just starting its 2nd growth node from the 2 topped mains

Well folks I just said it on another thread. Im gonna drop a bean in water later for a full on flux done entirely in video format for updates. This will give me the chance to explain as I work and really go into minute detail. Now Ive just got to pick a strain lol. Still got beans from Spannabis :)
Anyway this will be the last big all out detailed how to flux it up proper by me so hopefully you'll all stick about a while longer :)
