Light Addict's Fluxing Central - Featuring The Original Flux Journal

Hi granddaddy!

Sorry for lurking for so long...i am in awe of this growing style and have been following for a few months...I have a few plants that I have been fluxing for about 4 weeks and I have some questions...

When should I top the flux ends? I want to veg 4 more weeks...trying to let the secondary's grow out some more (trying to learn from the master...lol). But I'm stuck on when to top the ends...especially the C99 and LSD...since they have already reached the end of the original pot edge (i have the laundry baskets in there so I can flux a little longer). Any advice I will soak up like a sponge. Thanks for introducing us all to this style of growing.

:bravo: sithlrd31. Very nice Fluxed girls you have there.

On my Fluxed girls I guided the ends around the edge of the pot and continued the same Flux strategy.

Hey and welcome31 :) :)
Some great looking gurls for sure bravo for your fluxing so far! :)
So with topping the flux ends. DO IT NOW ON ALL!!!
:) you want them done now so these points have time to become limbs also. So your right there now :)
Looking damn fine as said so top away and post up pics whenever you like as I'm always here to help with any fluxing :) :)

Thanks everyone. OK I will top flux ends on all tonight. Thank u for sharing your knowledge and wisdom my friend.

With fluxing and the topping of the flux arms :)

So normally you would go at a point where you still have the time for these points to grow out a couple of inches. This sets the base frame with enough spacing etc. Then once all at final points we go vert! Now when going vert we treat each individual site as its own little plant! Good vert is a must before flowering. No point doing the hard slog and not getting the big pay off.
Fluxing with good vert basically guarantees nice big colas! :)
So yep it never about reaching the edge of the pot etc. Its jyst getting a perfect and spanned out base to work with.
Topping the flux arms obviously shifts the growth focus to all limbs to speed up the finishing of the base, before the vert stage. :)

When going vert we defol the secondary shoots of the top most fully open leaves, also any leaf that sits pointing back to the main branch! We do all this to stunt secondary shoots so they become the base of your colas! :)

People seem to be stripping there fluxes way to much lol. You strip all growth off till you just about to go vert! So each colas is built from the very lowest of levels.
You do not strip the base of your sites just stunt the secondaries by defol :)

How am I looking LA?

Day 171 from seed.

I'm happy with where these girls are. They are all pretty level and the top shots show individual bud sites now.

Been watching your work closely for a good few months now and I can only admire what you have achieved. I halve been inspired to try your technique on my next run out. Kinda got it going on this one tho but nothing like yours.
I do have a question though, how tall was the finished plant from top of plant pot to highest point?
Keep update good work bud, your an inspiration

Sorry for the crap quality pics lol posted from my phone so couldn't pic the best photos :)

Pics are good man, I've got a total height of 35 inches so this is do able for me looking at a big shallow tote box as a pot to keep my height down. Thanks LA
