It’s the start of week 6 for the flowering girls.
Started the res changing today. Managed 3 and I’ll finish the other 3 tomorrow.
30 ml bloom nutes
20 ml silicon
10 ml p/k booster
30 ml sumo boost
30 ml calmag
10ml healthy roots
Ph’d to 5.7

Thanks Dobe. I’m pretty pleased so far. Would be nice to finish this journal off hitting my target. I’m looking forward to seeing how much they swell over the next couple of weeks.

In the flower tent the swell is on. It’s getting harder to spin these plants everyday. Now they have started to flop and I’m using a fair amount of yo yos which need detaching each time, I think after a defol this weekend they can stay where they are for the duration of the grow. I’ve finished the res changing today. The girls are drinking 10 litres in 24 hours at the moment so I’ve topped the other 3 buckets back up. I lowered my hps yesterday only about 6 inches but after seeing the leaves taco slightly I’ve raised it back to the original position. Hope everyone is having a great week.

Gave the Flowering plants a small defol last night. It’s hard work trying to move these plants without the risk of them catching each other or snapping a branch. Getting up close I have to say there is a ton of bud and with today being just the start of week 7 since the flip this grow could smash my previous best yield. I’ve just topped up the fresh buckets but couldn’t help giving them an extra shot of Sumo bud booster!

wow Lewy , you can never put too many pics matey. We love pics. looks brilliant in there.
so many heads poking up for photo opportunities.
I process my trim as the strains i have are also good for Hash so the trim makes strong , potent Hash. I use ice and bubble bags with good results.

It’s my fav thing to do make hash. I use bubble bags and I find it very therapeutic. My latest run was brilliant (pics on page 10) but I think this next run could beat it! Going to be building a rosin press in the next few weeks so I can start squeezing as well.

wow pressing too. All angles covered. it is something i would like to do some day. watched some enjoyable "rosin press" vids . Amazing how much can be squeezed out of the buds.
I do love seeing the hash in the bags during the lift out. shocks me how much you can make from trim. Still learning the best way to process it as i didnt dry the hash out once , pressed it together ( hand pressed) , then spent weeks trying to build a joint with wobbly , sticky , harsh product. would get more on my fingers than the joints. lol.
Sadly got a letter from our council ( landlord) They are fitting new heating so need access monday to the whole house for survey. !!!!!!!!! Water tank for heating sits at side of my illegal , impossible to hide , humming like a substation , tent. Am gutted. Shutdown now imminent as they will then want to schedule the works ffs. Hate having to kill off the girls but no way of keeping them going . Am hoping a temp move till i know schedule times will allow this one to finish !!!

That’s a complete ball ache having to shutdown. You must be devastated I know I would be. If you can look on the positives at least you’ll be able to run the Barneys strains you’ve been wanting a little earlier.

my thoughts too but now finances will slow that down too.lol. hoping they give me a couple of months before work starts. fingers crossed. have ladies in temp water buckets and hopeful for after inspection nkw.fi gers crossed. nearly collapsed everything now thank fook. lol Where the freebies when i need em.lol.

Things are coming along nicely in the flower tent. Buckets are stable although it’s hard to keep them topped up as they’re drinking so much right now. Had a slight issue with heat stress. Whilst moving the plants the temperature sensor for the heat controller fell directly in front of the outside air intake causing the heater to stay on. Definitely going to be a wide stagger with the harvest. Think the Blue Mistic will be the first to come down. She’s getting a pungent blueberry smell now. Still probably two weeks away but we’re getting there.

Yes you are right I’ll be checking everyday from now. My Fruit Spirit goes 10 weeks and at the moment is all clear trichs. The Tangie is 100% Sativa and my thoughts is it will be the last to finish. The Blue Mistic is looking like it could be first as it’s showing the odd amber on the leaves but none on the actual bud yet. I’m actually looking forward to harvest this time as I’m not going to have more than two plants to trim at any one time. Lol I can’t stick trimming!

I’ve been checking trichomes daily and the Blue Mistic is not ready yet. I’ve been counting the weeks wrong and they are actually 8 weeks from flip yesterday. Two weeks could see the end of 3 of these plants but I think the Tangie and second pheno of Fruit Spirit taking longer.

Man you got some bud right there! Looks even better than your last one. Doesn't look much longer for the mystic and at least you won't have to trim it all at once like last time although it's nice to just get it all out the way sometimes. Good morning Mr Flora. Nothing but blue skies here mate. A beautiful spring day. Don’t spoil it by mentioning trimming! Lol. It’s gone well this run. The smell from the tent is crazy. I can’t wait to get into trying some of these, especially the Tangie and second pheno of Fruit Spirit. They really do smell incredible. How’s the mrs doing?
