Im building a grow box and I was interested in using the 126w as it fits the measurements of my area perfectly. Now, after reading your thread, I'm reconsidering. Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at the 180w light from Welcome to Grow LED Hydro - LED Grow Lights - Hydroponics - Plant Lighting

Its the exact same case as the 126w, but you get more wattage and brighter LEDs for around the same cost.

And remember with that case it needs headroom, it has 6 fans pushing air out of the top.

I can't seem to get the growledhydro link to work that sends an e-mail, it just keep saying code invalid! WTF!? I am trying to talk to this person, and can't establish communication.

Irish, anybody, have any ideas???

There is a security code at the bottom that you have to type in the little box, kinda silly to have it on the site, same with the stupid music that repeats over and over, but what you gonna do?

Just get the code to match, and your message will work,

both lights were always 12" the 180w just looks closer in the pics because their plants were shorter. both sides had about the same amount of leaves expect for the hindu skunks, and she was my biggest one. i couldn't tell you how much she yielded i haven't pulled them yet. ill pull them Friday.

Thanks guys, sorry to post it in your thread Irish, I just figured you had communicated with them, and perhaps others have as well, which is now apparent. Thanks guys!

Can't wait to add to my collection! Won't be buying three of the units however, unless they work great! Lesson well learned, and a costly one at that!

ya can wait to test some high watt leds and see what they can do. i like the fact that he isn't hyping his light up to some crazy claims.

this next grow will just be a straight up grow and no testing. he just told me to do what i do and grow how ever i want just have fun with the light.

i will never do a side x side again its too much of a pain in the a$$.

i just want to grow how i usaly do with HID on this next grow.

That's sweet bro, back to what you know, without the worry of keeping every little thing perfect for a sideXside test. I can see where that would become a bitch real quick. I was on the site over there, and yeah, I agree, he doesn't have a lot of BS. And that prices are not bad in the least bit. Looking at watt for watt I think, I don't know, I didn't pay enough attention to be talking about it. ha!

So yeah, 600W of raw led power, that will be monster bro. I can tell you just from the Lumigrow that is 330W, but it kind of has two panels separated by the fan system in the middle, its not a very big area, but that son o bitch packs a punch. I do believe they are 5W led's, don't quote me though.

This new 600W is composed of 3W right? I think regardless of efficiency, etc, it still seems the more logical way to go is more power. More power, until somebody nails the spectrum on the head. Or damn close to the head!

I am excited to see it man. Have you decided on strains yet?

I am thinking about either the 120 or the 180W panel from that company, but I may wait and see what yours brings you, and just get a full on monster. One panel to cover my 2x4 tent would ROCK it hardcore!

ya their 3w leds. if i was you i would at least get a 180w i think that is the min amount of leds you need to get some descent results.

i will be getting two more hindu skunk clones since that strains is some fire smoke. and one XJ13= jack heere x G13

Ya I would agree that 180 is probably the least amount of juice you want to run if you plan on flowering. I dont know though, no one has any concluded documented grows as of yet so it is hard to judge a light with out any real world results. Stick around and Ill have the 180 very soon and Irish as you already know, will have the 600 so that should be a good medium to base your judgement off of.

You are getting the 180 from growhydroled, botanist? I was looking at the size of the boards, and you both are right, for a little more board, you get a lot more led, and we have seen the 180 and its a bright bitch. Too much man, haha, too much! MY eyes hurt and its been hours since i was around led's. Strain....much strain.

Oh ok, so, the XJ13 sounds badass, I been seeking some Jack Herer for some time. With the g13 hybrid it should be a wicked plant eh??

So am leanin towards the 180, but I want to wait for a bit to see what you end up with Irish, and Botanist? YesH?
